The deli sandwich marker DAVID is very unprofessional, he doesn’t care about making people subs and salads he rushes the customers and he have a nasty attitude!!! He should be fired.
Nice, modern layout. The deli and displays are well done and neat. It's the first Publix I've had to take an elevator up to the store. This store is in a really cute little town in Jacksonville. It's sort of a Hyde Park vibe, from what I've experienced. San Marco has a variety of shoppes and eateries. It appears a very safe area with things to do, places to see.
A great neighborhood market, everything is clean and sharp, well maintained and friendly staff
This is a brand new Publix in San Marco. It’s one level up, so you have to use the elevator or stairs to access it. There’s a parking lot and also a “parking garage” attached. It’s extremely clean with helpful and friendly associates. It’s a newer layout so it has a different look and feel inside. There’s a seating area near the deli for customers and associates to eat or relax. They have the same great selection of any other Publix. It’s nice to finally have one in San Marco.
They need to open their hot food box dinner meals at 9 instead of 10 o’clock What if somebody wants to get something before they go to work?
The store is very clean and organized. But I’m not a fan of the self checkout here. A couple of the employees come off as rude, and stare as if you are going to steal. At least speak and smile. Especially the older woman
