Not crazy about the elevator but very nice addition to San Marco. I don’t normally shop at Publix because it’s way too expensive. But for desserts on a special occasion, you might see me here. I was looking for a tiramisu cake to take to a party that I had just had the week before on Long Island, apparently it’s a specialty item and they did not have it available. Another thing I didn’t really care for is if you’re in the area it directs you to that location because it’s new and there was a Publix much closer that I could’ve gone to. I don’t care for that kind of steering especially when you don’t know the area that well.
I recently visited this upscale grocery store in my family's neighborhood, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm atmosphere and beautifully arranged displays of fresh produce, gourmet cheeses, and artisanal breads. The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to assist with recommendations. The selection of organic and locally sourced products is unparalleled, making it easy to find unique ingredients for any meal. Plus, the store's commitment to sustainability is commendable. Great Store but stock variety is somewhat limited due to store size. Convenient parking under the store in hot or rainy weather makes it especially inviting to shop here. It took a while to get good employees in the Deli but things are looking better there also. Overall, employees are very courteous and helpful. A pleasure to shop here. One suggestion I have is that when the weekly sales (especially the BOGOs) go up each week, a special section needs to be set up for the items not normally stocked.
This Publix is like all of them, clean pleasant and courteous employees. However, this one is always crowded, which creates a gridlock of sorts and a wait at the register. They need to build another one on the other side of I-75 to ease it up.
This building design is truly unique and fits into the city landscape perfectly. Publix is embracing the community here, and I've seen similar efforts elsewhere, like Columbia, SC, where Publix has populated an old brick building in the older part of the city.
It's a grocery store - but it's bright, clean, and spacious. Parking is more hit than miss, but safer than the Riverside location. It is upstairs but there are like 4 elevators and the stairs are wide (and air conditioned).
Yo. This place is upstairs! I had no idea. I figured it would be a madhouse on a Saturday afternoon, and it was. Parking is scarce, so you gotta keep your head on a swivel... however, fully stocked with everything and anything I would need for a football party and more. Super friendly people and staff. When my cart was full... NO line in sight! In, out, and on my way.
Nice - pretty much like all Publix locations I have visited. Except the only way inside this location is via elevator. The thought of everyone trying to rush down a staircase in the event of an emergency is a bit concerning to me…
Biggest, most organized Publix I've ever been to my daughter loved the elevators to the second floor that lead to the grocery store. She's only 7 😂
