Never really been to a Publix that wasn't top notch. Thisnis one very clean location as are most of the ones we shop in Jacksonville. Even though items are a little higher than other stores, we enjoy the quality of service
Pharmacy was excellent. My medical condition kept me from picking up Rx, I called to inform them. My Rx was either cancelled or sent back. The pharmacist, today refilled it while I shopped. Excellent service
I give this publix location roughly $100 every 3-4 days. I have a hole in my pocket so my fishing-net knife fell all the way down the leg and i didnt want it to fall out onto the floor so i took a minute to get it out of my pants. As i was getting it i joked to myself "This probably looks really weird to someone watching the security cameras" but i never thought too much into it. But Ever since that day, these clowns have been following me around the store every single time i go in. This japanese man in a flannel shirt was practically walking backwards in an effort to watch me grab items one by one from every isle. They have employees shout to me before i use the self-checkout and force me to go to the real register. They force me to use a real cart as if my hand basket has a magical thieving compartment. These people are literally embarassing. I give them $100 every 3 days, i am their best customer and this is how they treat me. They are so stupid that i can literally inform them of the moment they became WRONG. These publix employees they think they are tom clancy in a movie or something?? This is an example of a location being over employed. 5-7 different employees have been tasked with following me around the store or doing something strange in one way or another. The last time i was in the store the kid with curly hair and the always-serious looking wavy-haired said "Hes just good at it" out loud when i was leaving the registers. I didnt care that much i just let them continue to be wrong because its hilarious, sometimes i wave my arm when i go in now like lets go shopping everybody! Because i know they are going to follow/watch me. but its been getting annoying and ive been finding myself want to go there less. Cant you guys keep your stupid game that im a thief to yourselves? What product exactly do you think i am stealing? Please i really want an answer. So you think i spend $100 every 3days to throw you off my scent so i can steal some magical item? Thats wild. LOL you guys are literal. Actual. Clowns. Have you ever considered the far-far-far more evident conclusion that i do not steal? everything in that store is so expensive and you get so little, and i do not steal, so you guys are literally the thieves. Im not. One time when i was little i had my mom turn her car around and drive back to BJ's because i accidentally walked out while reading a gaming magazine that i did not pay for. It made me sick with fear and paranoia. I would never steal. The fact that i am writing this write now is sad. You guys should be embarassed and ashamed. Ive never stolen a single item from you. i suspect you are now including zach in this charade which seriously crosses a line.
Somewhat new Publix store with everything you need including parking underneath the store! All products are found on the second floor which you reach via elevator!! There is a deli and a lovely area to eat which is surrounded by windows. Love this store!
Okay, I shop at this location often, but I have taken notice that the Blk cashiers don't really greet me..I mean a simple hello , but yet they tend to greet the ( Wyt) customer before me 😳..Or the ( Wyt) customer behind me🤔..It's sad, really sad..It be your own people who treat you like this...And what's crazy is that the white cashiers aways say hello, hru, did you find everything okay🤔.. Idk.. Maybe they've had problems with Blk customers in the past 🤣..But if so , you shouldn't put everyone in the same basket...I now try to make sure I go through a White cashiers line if one's available 🤣😭..I don't like being mistreated for no reason..I'm to nice of a person to accept that..Ps.. Managers train ( Blk ) cashiers to greet every customer not just WHITE ONES👌
I have passed this location hundreds of times but recently went due to the novelty of being on the second floor. The location is a little smaller than a regular store but they make the best of floor space.
Beautiful store and I love the parking garage , it's nice having a cool car to return to after shopping. Every department is clean & easy to navigate & there is an impressive floral department. I would have given it a perfect score except that the 8 piece box of Publix Fried Chicken I purchased from under the heat light was surprisingly not Hot at all When I got to my car.. In fact it was cool, room temperature. Hopefully this was just 1 random incident, because leaving fried chicken to sit at room temperature for any extended time is definitely not ideal.. A bacteria breeding ground Other than that I love this location - clean safe & incredibly convenient.
Because this is a smaller Publix, it often does not have items I'm looking for that other, normal-sized Publix normally have. The store is usually clean and organized, though. Sometimes they overbake the vegan chocolate chip cookies, but I'm thankful for the vegan bakery options regardless.
I love how it's clean and convenient. It's also a bit pricey. I don't like when they play games. $2.67 bottle of bbq sauce, but but one get one free at $3.99? At least redbone the sticker
I left 80 bucks worth of lottery tickets and they kept them safe for me! Super awesome 👌 neat store you can park on the bottom and take the extra large elevators to shop. KEITH the GM and crew are just the best!
