This Publix is like all of them, clean pleasant and courteous employees. However, this one is always crowded, which creates a gridlock of sorts and a wait at the register. They need to build another one on the other side of I-75 to ease it up.
This building design is truly unique and fits into the city landscape perfectly. Publix is embracing the community here, and I've seen similar efforts elsewhere, like Columbia, SC, where Publix has populated an old brick building in the older part of the city.
It's a grocery store - but it's bright, clean, and spacious. Parking is more hit than miss, but safer than the Riverside location. It is upstairs but there are like 4 elevators and the stairs are wide (and air conditioned).

Publix always had the nicest people working. This visit as we were looking for a checkout lane, a young woman actually came out of her lane to come bring over to hers. They even offered to unload the cart! Super friendly. I know they aren't the cheapest, but they provide an excellent value!
I’ve had four deli pickup orders. Every one has been late. Not 2 minutes or 5 minutes late but significantly late. Things happen and I get it and that’s understandable. But my order tonight was 35 minutes late. The staff of 3 was making the orders for the people in line and basically just ignoring the people who had placed pickup orders. At least recognize the people who had placed pickup orders. I had an order at this Publix that was 40 minutes late before this one. Unacceptable when you’re waiting on a limited lunch or dinner break and spend more than half of it waiting. Avoid this Publix if you’re in a hurry. Use the Lakewood one or another location. Update: still the worst sub/deli experience ever. Gave the deli another try for pickup when I swore I’d never ever order from here again after multiple awful experiences and ridiculous delays. Order scheduled for pickup at 7:15. It’s 7:42 and I’m still waiting for my second wrap to be finished. This is a random Monday night and not near lunch or dinner rush. Absolutely ridiculous that this Publix deli has so many continuous issues on completing orders in a timely fashion. I have wasted a half dozen lunch/dinner breaks here just waiting for my order. Never ever, ever again here.
Yo. This place is upstairs! I had no idea. I figured it would be a madhouse on a Saturday afternoon, and it was. Parking is scarce, so you gotta keep your head on a swivel... however, fully stocked with everything and anything I would need for a football party and more. Super friendly people and staff. When my cart was full... NO line in sight! In, out, and on my way.
Biggest, most organized Publix I've ever been to my daughter loved the elevators to the second floor that lead to the grocery store. She's only 7 😂
Nice - pretty much like all Publix locations I have visited. Except the only way inside this location is via elevator. The thought of everyone trying to rush down a staircase in the event of an emergency is a bit concerning to me…
