Efi remodeled our basement in Arvada, and the results were outstanding. He suggested layout improvements that made the space more functional and helped us choose materials that fit our budget. The crew installed drywall, flooring, and lighting with obvious care, and they kept everything clean each day. The finished space feels like part of the main home, not just a basement. What impressed me most was Efi’s approachable communication style. He explained everything clearly, so I always felt comfortable with the process. The new basement has become our favorite family area, and I’m thrilled with the investment.

Replacing a roof doesn't come out cheap and we wanted assurance that our roof will be done by the right contractor. I moved to Boulder from Miami a few months back and finally got around to remodeling the kitchen. I found Jacob through a friend, and honestly? No regrets. The old kitchen just felt... off. Kinda tight, dark, and weirdly shaped. Jacob helped me figure out a better layout — I didn’t even know I could move the fridge to the other wall. The cabinets came out great (still getting used to how much storage I have now tbh). He even fixed an outlet I didn’t ask about, which saved me from dealing with it later. Also, the light in there now, total game-changer. Not just brighter — it actually feels like a different house. Definitely recomend.

I requested an estimate from Peak Builders for my garage conversion project. I was interested in turning my garage into a bedroom. Although PEAK has not. and likely won't ever complete my project due to my personal financial limitations, I was so impressed by their precision, integrity, and the quality of their work they put into my estimate, I would highly recommend everyone get a bid from them! Ron came out for less than an hour. He spent the entire time listening to our ideas and needs, while simultaneously measuring and inspecting every single aspect of my project. He emailed his estimate to me within a few days. Very comprehensive. Highly recommend!

Kelly and her crew at Peak Builders built a new deck for my place in Littleton, and I’m honestly super happy with how it turned out. They used Trex like I asked, and the stain color ended up looking even better than I imagined. The whole thing feels sturdy, clean, and well put together — no weird gaps or uneven boards like I’ve seen on other jobs I really appreciated them cleaned up some old debris under the old deck that I didn’t even ask about. Kelly was easy to communicate with and kept me posted when we had a couple of rain delays, which I get — it’s Colorado, weather does what it wants 😅 All in all, solid experience. Would definitely call them again if I end up doing anything else out back.

Jacob finished out my basement here in the Flatirons, turning it into a bedroom and a chill little man cave. The whole space feels lighter and way more relaxed now, especially with the new egress window letting in all that sunlight. He was super easy to work with — no stress, good vibes, and solid craftsmanship all the way through.

I had my roof replaced in Parker by Jacob from Peak Builders and the whole job went smooth start to finish. He kept me updated the entire time though a WhatsApp group, the crew cleaned up all the roofing nails from the property with amagnet, and made sure no debris was left behind. The new roof looks solid. Really happy with how it turned out and I’d def recomend Jacob if you need roofing work done.
