The crew was here full days, about 8 hours, kept things clean, and walked me through what they were doing. Super happy with how it all turned out, and the place feels like a fresh start. Had an ADU built in my backyard near Wash Park by Jacob from Peak Builders and I’m honestly really happy with how it turned out. The space looks great, fits the yard without feeling crammed, and it’s just nice having the extra room now. Jacob kept me in the loop, answered questions quick, and didn’t make it a big hassle. Glad I went with him, would def recomend.

We had our basement finished recently, and working with Ron and his team at Peak was a really positive experience from start to finish. It wasn’t a small job — they framed it out, added a full bathroom, a guest bedroom, and a living space with a little wet bar — and they handled everything really smooth. What stood out the most was how down-to-earth and responsive Ron was. Anytime we had a question or wanted to tweak something, he got back to us quick and always gave honest input. There were a couple small hiccups along the way (what project doesn’t have a few?), but nothing major, and it all got taken care of no problem. The space turned out better than we expected, honestly. It doesn’t feel like a basement anymore — it feels like a real extension of the home. We had some friends come out for a weekend climbing trip in Clear Creek, and they stayed in the new space. They couldn’t believe it used to be unfinished — said it felt like a whole separate apartment. Would absolutely recommend Ron and Peak if you're doing a basement project. Super easy to work with and kept things moving without a bunch of back and forth.

I had my bathroom remodeled recently by Effie and her crew from Peak, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I live in a condo right in downtown Denver, and space is definitely tight, so I really wanted something functional and stylish. Effie totally got the vibe I was going for — clean, modern, but still warm. They helped me rework the layout a bit, added a walk-in shower with beautiful tile, and even suggested a few little touches I wouldn’t have thought of that made a big difference. The team was respectful of my building rules, always on time, and kept things really clean throughout the job. I’ve already had a few friends ask who did it. Peak builders, remodelled my kitchen and did an excellent job. They’re communication was always great and they did everything on time or early. Jacob was awesome to work with. Peak Builders remodeled our kitchen, and we were very surprised with the results, we had in the past our kitchen done, but the results were not good, the cabinets were not what we expected, and the communication was horrible, Peak builders were here everyday, always were on time, and worked full days, our project manager (Ron) always let us know what the schedule was and the team over delivered on the original time frame and kept us in the loop. We are very pleased with the cabinets and workmanship quality. We look forward on working with Peak Builders on our future projects.

Jacob redid our master bath here in Idledale, and I couldn’t be happier with it. He kept things straightforward, did what he said he’d do, and the end result looks awesome. The space feels bigger and way cleaner now, with solid work all around. Jacob’s one of those guys who actually cares about getting it right, and it shows. Real easy to work with, and I’d call him again without thinking twice!

I had my one car garage expanded to fit another one. Also the driveway redone at the same time. James did a phenomenal job on the whole thing. The new garage looks like it’s always been part of the house. I recommend these guys a lot if you’re trying to do any home improvement. And James is top tier talent.

Had Jacob from Peak Builders swap out our old bathtub, retile the bathroom, and scrape off the popcorn ceiling we’ve been wanting gone forever. The whole thing came out way nicer than I expected. The new tile brightened everything up, and the ceiling looks so much cleaner now — crazy how much difference that alone made. Jacob was easy to talk to, showed up when he said he would for the most part, and had the place left spotless afterwards. You can tell he actually cares about the end result. Bathroom feels brand new, and honestly, I’d call him again without thinking twice.
