I've lived here for over 20 years, and while I loved the charm of the place, the layout always felt a bit cramped and closed off. Ron took the time to really understand what I wanted — not just knocking down walls, but opening up the space in a way that made it feel lighter, more welcoming, and still true to the character of the home. The crew was respectful, careful with the old wood beams I asked them to keep, and very tidy throughout the project. I can’t get over how much brighter and more comfortable it feels now. It’s honestly like falling in love with my home all over again.

. We had Peak Builders remodel our main bathroom, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Jacob from Peak Builders rebuilt the stairs going up to our second floor in Arvada, and they turned out awesome. The old ones were worn out and a little shaky, but now they’re solid and look really clean. The new railing gives the whole area a nice, open feel. Jacob was professional, kept things moving steady, and made sure everything was spotless when he wrapped up. Really happy with the work.

Honestly, I'm impressed! They helped me with some ideas and came up with a lot of the design, but it came out better than I expected. The bathroom doesn't feel like it just came out of a time capsule. The double vanity Is so nice (My wife is grateful we're not sharing a sink anymore), the futuristic toilet is amazing, and switching out the location of the vanity and toilet was definitely the right choice.
