Had our staircases rebuilt because the old ones honestly felt like they were about to give out. Karine took care of it and made everything solid and safe again. The new stairs feel sturdy, look great, and it’s a huge relief not worrying about them anymore. Really glad we got it done!

Anybody who came over said our new kitchen and extra bedroom and bathroom are extremely beautiful. Thank you for paying attention to detail and being helpful with sending photos when we were not around as well. We love that we have the photos of the progress through out. Had Sarah from Peak Builders retile my whole bathroom, and it came out way better than I expected. She helped pick a layout that made the space feel bigger, and the tile work itself looks super clean and solid. Everything lined up perfectly, and she made sure the place was spotless before wrapping up. Really happy with how it turned out, and now feels like a totally new space.

The crew worked steady, full days, kept our place clean, and always made sure we knew what was happening. Every time I walk in, I am blown away at how much brighter and fresher it feels. We're very happy with Peak Builders and their work on our home. Ron, who oversaw the larger planning, and Jacob, who did the onsite supervision, were both great: communicative, prompt, wonderfully friendly, listening and responsive. Couldn't ask for anything more from contractors. And those who did the work were skilled, efficient, and cleaned up well. The project -- which involved adding some skylights and redoing a bathroom in an 1896 home -- was not on the surface of it overly complicated; but the old house posed challenges, not always immediately evident. Ron and Jacob worked with a structural engineer along the way, and made sure discovered challenges were responsibly addressed, and kept us informed at every step. The work was nicely and sensitively done, within the estimated timeframe. When there were small issues that came up, they were quickly dealt with. These are great professionals, but also warm persons. We are most satisfied. Well done!
