Efi handled a bathroom remodel at my home in Lakewood, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Jacob and his guys did a wonderful job remodeling our duplex. Once we furnish the units it will be ready to Airbnb. We really appreciated the guidance from their engineer and architect. We know guests will love the second story hot tubs with the mountain view; It's definitely the cherry on the sundae! When our units start generating revenue, it would be cool to add more features like a pergola deck and sauna on the ground level. If they ever decide to work in Florida, we'd love to use them again!
