John and George are the best. Always honest and good pricing for quality work. You will never get BS from them. Totally honest mechanics. I know a lot about cars and fix them myself but when I have a repair I can’t handle I go to them because I know their honest and perform good quality work. I recommend them to friends and family!! They work on Imports and Domestic vehicles.

These guys know what they’re doing. No bs straight to the point and honest people. No reason to choose any other place if you’re close by. Reasonable prices too. I used to work as a parts guy at carmax so I know how the business works, and they definitely try their best to give you the best deal possible without you having to break the bank.

Integrity matters, and the guys at Oak Lawn Auto have it in spades. The owner John told me straight out what he could and couldn't do for me and how he would handle my car troubles. When I chose to forego any repairs, he was kind and generous and didn't charge me unlike what a dealer mechanic would do for an inspection. John will get my business again. This review is overdue, so on July 3rd,2019 I took my car for an oil change to oil Express and was given a car with no oil, after 1 block my engine died and getting oil express to pay for it was a nightmare. I chose Oak Lawn Auto because of its high reviews and they did NOT disappoint. George listend to me and empathized and reassured me that all would be well. He and his team are by far the best in the business. What I only assumed would be a 2 week wait for repair was done under 7 days!! I truly want to thank you and everyone there for taking care of me with such high levels of customer service!! You guys are a gem in oak lawn and I wish you nothing but continued success!! Hi, Their customer service is impeccable I came in with a check engine light issue and previous work that needed to be fixed from another auto shop. The customer service representative explained every issue at hand that needed to be fixed. Plus, I even qualified to finance to get my car fix with their lender! That’s right! No upfront costs however they repair your car and you make payments toward your repairs biweekly. I just made my last payment today my car is in great shape and runs like new! I can’t thank you all enough and if I have any major issues going forward this is my new go to auto shop. Thanks guys!
