Chad at FreightPros was professional, helpful and FAST! I loved that I did not have to wait for answers to questions I had. He was also very helpful with suggesting carriers. It was great not having to visit site after site and re-enter all of the same info. One form and done. We will use them again for our freight needs!
DO NOT USE THIS SHELL OF A COMPANY, IF YOU SHIP LARGE OR SMALL THEY WILL DISAPPOINT. I have used Freight Quote in the past with excellent results and stumbled on this fly by night group by mistake, it was the worst shipping company I have ever used. If you like dealing with an inner-city DMV then you will love the team at FreightPros. From the angry, aggressively unhelpful, Billing & Claims Specialist, Brittney Dimes to the apathetic, carefree Director of Human Resources and LTL Operations, Christie Wright McNeill, this company could not care less about the poorly brokered experience you will have. Freight was damaged at a cost of over $1000 to me, so I denied the shipment. From then on the way they handled my concerns and communication is the #1 reason why you shouldn’t use a no name broker. They played the blame game, hiding behind email and not once did they answer my phone calls or requests for them to call me. ZERO empathy for my situation, just a classic run around. Whomever owns the company should outsource this center to India, at least that would set the expectation for the kind of miss-information and poor communication you will no doubt experience. They failed to deliver the product, they failed to address my concerns, and they failed to accommodate me when I requested a refund for the shipping costs. Both of the reps I mentioned above were given ample opportunity to get it right but they never listened, well it was all by email so I guess they never understood what I was writing. Instead they aggressively repeated a canned answer about calling the shipping company for info. Which was not at all what I was asking about. In the end I hope they all find work doing something that requires no interaction with the public as neither of them are suited to handle customers acceptably. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CO!
Very costly, and disappointing. Promised that using Freight Pros would increase my customer satisfaction, and reduce my cost. Then orders were mis classed, economy carriers were removed. After 2 weeks we will use them, but not as a full service or exclusive provider as we were considering.
Freight Pros is a perfect solution for small businesses. Gareth responds quickly to quote requests and offers our small company an extremely high level of customer service. We use Freight Pros for all of our LTL Shipping needs.
IMPORTANT! My suggestion to anyone using them is pay your initial bill and promptly block Freight Pros from any additional charges to that card or they will hit you with another fee. It's a tactic they use to make money and it's very shady. 1 months after your initial charge you will get an email claiming weight discrepancy and they will hit you with another charge. CALL YOUR BANK AND BLOCK THEM FROM CHARGES AFTER THE INTIAL PAYMENT!!!!!!
Had a manlift delivered from greenley Colorado to Oklahoma. The experience was great with me having an offer of 730 compared to an offered 1500 I got from the company I was buying from. Great technical support with my emails being answered in a timely manner. Will use this service again
I was blown away with the team coordination of these guys...Eric went beyond the WOW factor...suggestions & follow through was incredible. Concerned about shipping pallets loaded with our personal stuff to Florida from Plymouth MA. faded away after seeing the trucking firm driver load our stuff with professional care. Wasted 3 days waiting for them to arrange trucking. I was suppose to get a call in the morning but the call never came. I had to call multiple times just to get a status report. Customer service training is definitely needed. I even paid when they 'secured' a truck but they said the driver backed out. Waiting for a refund. I decided to use a different trucking company and they were 24% less expensive with better communications. Maybe this is a start up company with growing pains...
We have used FreightPros for a number of years, and our last experience is just one example of why. One of our latest shipments was quoted by the carrier at a certain rate. Over the course of being transported to us, the rate increased to almost double the original quote, for various stated reasons. Quinn Thompson hung in there with us to see that these charges were removed, justifiably, and our original quote was honored. It takes a village to get things done sometimes, and the team at FreightPros ROCKS!

They really have communication problem as you will find it very difficult to reach them, you have to keep email them until they response to it. First, they quote me a price with $400++ and then I thought that everything was settled. After that they issued me a second invoices stating that there is an extra charge of another $400+... what is worse is they just charge to my credit card straightaway without my knowledge... I email them and they said because I did not response to their email, so they ASSUMED THE INVOICE IS APPROVE AND CHARGE IT TO MY CREDIT CARD! $400 might not be much for you! but it is a one whole month salary in my country! Don't tell me excuses or reasons, I'm here for a solution for my freight, I pay you and you solve my problems, stop telling your customers they're using the wrong BOL, you don't know where the freight is, bla bla bla. You're supposed to solve your customers' problem, not bringing problem to them. Thx.
