Janeth was by my side as I worked thru my first LTL freight order. I was sending costly goods and concerned about safe delivery. I had many questions but Janeth walked me thru all of them. She was very reassuring.
These guys are a waste of time. They have no idea what they are doing. If you work on freight for a living you should know what a cylinder is if you have a photo staring at you. Quotes take several days and who knows if they are right or not. Get ready to get charges on the back end if you use these people.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE company , Used them 1 time and the company they picked destroyed my item. Then they requested a bunch of info to file the claim, drug their feet for a week, wasted more of my time then told me i have to turn all that in direct to freight co. And fill out more forms. So all the time i spent back and fourth with them getting them info was POINTLESS.. Lawsuit in progress, STAY AWAY
The customer service from FreightPros is bar none. If you do any kind of shipping they should definitely be on your list of brokers.
My shipment was supposed to be picked up Nov 2nd. It is now Nov 11th. This has resulted in many late fees which the company is not willing to pay. Unacceptable. The worst company I have ever dealt with.
Don't use FreightPros! They bungled both sides of a shipment that ended up costing us 2.5 times their original quote. Worse yet, they accepted no responsibility. Disgraceful!

NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS, I OWNED A VERY GOOD MACHINERY CO FOR 43 YRS AND NOW,EVERYBODY I DEALT WITH WILL FIND ABOUT THIS, I WONDER IF YOU CAN GIVE A 1/100 th OF A STAR ?
