Best breakfast sandwich of my life. Meatball sub was also delicious.
Hit the spot breakfast biscuit, breakfast sandwich, and sando plate plus delicious pastries.
Chris and his team are amazing we did the sourdough bread class and were blown away at the knowledge of the staff and the quality of the dinner served. They took their time to make sure everyone in the class was part of the experience. I cant wait to join another class in the future. The 3 course meal and to go bag just made the night so much better. This is a must do for anyone interested in making home made bread
The chocolate chip cookies are out of this world. I bought two— one for me and one for my kid. Ate both before I even got home.... she never even knew lol. Keeping with my carb overload, when I got home I broke into the country loaf I bought. Crust is super crunchy and the inside is tender and soft. Super glad I stumbled upon this place today!
I only bought bread and cookies to bring home but they had so much more to but to bring home. The food and coffee that others were enjoying looked so tempting and delicious. My niece who lives in Philly cannot wait to come back for brunch, and the cappuccinos looked expertly made. Another spot I will have to revisit next time.
Aperitivo experience yesterday was excellent other than that we were asked to leave in a rather condescending way around 6:10. I did not hear the same spiel being given to the table of two men that were there eating before us and who were still there when we left, so I was a little put off to be honest. I understand that they end service at six, but I’ve never been to or worked at any café/restaurant that asked you to leave when you had a multi-plate meal with them, especially in such a heavy handed way. Really ended a lovely meal on a sour note for me. Person who actually interacted with us during our meal was very gracious.
Our experience at the Mighty Bread Company was fantastic. The staff at the counter, Carly to be specific, were super helpful and friendly with our order. While you wait in the queue, you can pass the time by looking at all of the tempting retail products they have for sale. I took a peak into their kitchen and can say that they take cleanliness very seriously and the staff work like a well-oiled machine on their line. And then when the food came out, everything was super tasty as well as the coffee on our order. The cappuccino had really nice latte art as well. Thank you for everything! Regularly visiting here for sure.

Best bread (and sandwiches) in Philly. One of the rare places that are worth the wait for the food. If you’re not alone have a someone go find a table while someone else stands in line. Also remember they have more tables outside!
One of the best neighborhood spots in all of Philly, incredible baked goods and lovely sit-in area to have a bite. Focaccia is elite
