Been a member since last December and I can say I have had the Best experience & the most peaceful atmosphere. The people are so kind respectful and friendly! If you have a question they are going to make sure to take time to help you. There is never any mess or excuses. 24 hours the gym is yours, Just show up :)
Staff members were super helpful and friendly when I came to sign up. The facilities are clean and all the equipment is properly maintained. If you’re looking for a 24/7 gym in the KC area it is hard to beat their prices and I’d highly recommend!
i’ve been coming to this location for almost 3 years now and it’s always been great! there’s plenty of different equipment to use and the staff is always great, Gary has been so kind!
Clean, affordable gym equipped with everything you need to get a good workout in. 24/7 hours and a great staff. Payton was extremely helpful in the process of getting me signed up. Allowed me to try out the gym before signing up and has been super welcoming. Highly recommend!

Great gym. Very clean and very friendly. Equipment is top notch. What I like most though is how supportive everybody is and I am not talking about just the staff. I have never seen such a sense of community and support from the other gym members. This place is like Cheers! Where everybody knows your name, and everybody is encouraging each other to succeed. I've never seen anything like it. It doesn't hurt that this also the least expensive and most convenient gym in downtown KC. Love it here!!
I’ve been a member of this gym for a while now, and I can say the gym is great, and the staff is even better—professional, friendly, and always helpful. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because the water fountain tastes like the water’s been sitting there since before the building was built. Access to clean, fresh and good quality water is fundamental to keeping all members hydrated during their time at the gym, and I hope this gets addressed soon so I can update my review to 5 stars!
I had been looking into switching gyms locally because the prices have been skyrocketing for no reason. The moment I walked into Metro KC Fitness, I was welcomed with smiling, friendly faces who care about me being there. Every time I go in, the staff remembers me and the energy at the locations is fantastic. Plus, the prices are so affordable, I am very pleased with my decision to come here instead of other competitors and I would highly recommend here to anybody!
Pretty solid gym. I love the simplicity of it and the fact that it’s 24/7 365. Staff is very helpful and always nice and positive. Membership cost is amazing compared to other gyms!
