The staff is excellent ask and answer all questions. The thing that I don't like is the questionnaire that is given. It is to long,to repetitive which means if you don't arrive early enough you could miss your appointment since paperwork must have more priority then the patient. It took me from 12:30pm to 2pm to complete the check in paperwork.
I'm sharing under my girlfriend account. I had a appointment yesterday afternoon. The staff was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. Everything was explained during the progress and the doctor was very nice and caring.
I went in as a walk in today. My tooth was hurting and I got an exam and filing. I just want to say that the staff here is so friendly and caring and honest. The dentist was great and took her time to explain to me about my dental health and I can tell that they care. The receptionist even gave my baby a tooth toy. The prices are so good and the service and staff are professional and they care. Nashville location.
Dr.Williams and Dr.Franklin the Pediatricians are the best. Our son loves the time they take with him. He is always excited to see them. Thank you for making these past five years the best for our family! Best wishes.
I had an appointment for wisdom tooth extractions, got x-rayed & the dentist came in and said, "oh we don't do extractions." said they would refund co-pay and not charge me since no services were rendered. 6 months later I got a bill for $50? I called their billing department and the woman was apologetic and said she would have the charges removed immediately. A few weeks later I got another bill. This time I wrote them back and officially disputed the charges in writing. Got another bill month later. Awful experience all around. do not recommend.
This place is qeird, unprofessional, and does not respect your time at all. I was trying to go for a primary care appointment. My appointment was at 10:40, I was earlier than they requested. Checked in, went to where they told me to wait. Waited, waited, waited, no one ever came. My one year old son was with me, he was tired of waiting. So we had to leave without being seen.
My NP Michael Kuol is the best. He doesn’t rush thru and he’s very conscience and thorough and he listens. Kudos!
Best dental 🪥 🦷 practice! I've been going here for 6 years! The dentist Michelle is great. And Shamiah, the hygienist is the BEST HYGIENIST I'VE EVER HAD. They also have a sliding scale for people who don't have insurance. And the children's dentists are awesome. They also have Drs, mammogram screening, therapists, and 2 locations. Clarksville and Nashville. I highly recommend going there! Thx Matthew Walker! 👍👍👍👍👍
They we all helpful and nice from the time I arrived and when I left. The people were amazing. Made me feel like family.
I would like to say the staff at Matthew Walker dental are very professional, polite, compassionate, loving, patient, and understanding people. They bring so much calmness to the atmosphere when you walk in. Over the years it was nothing like this but now, WOW. Keep it up! Love It. I do love the hospitality!
