Tina was such an amazing server on Wednesday night! So much fun, knowledgeable, friendly and the service was superb, so friendly and kind. Plus he was great with Chunkies!
Went here with my work team while visiting Seattle. We had a reservation and were seated quickly. Vibe of the place was great and the service was ok. Food taste was good, but felt the food was overpriced and with very small portions. Prawn dumplings were the best. But other dishes like fried chicken, chicken wings, roti curry were for around $20 each and the portion sizes were awful for that price. Even the drinks felt overpriced and nothing special.
Could not be happier about how we were treated by multiple staff members from start to finish. I am sure they are all amazing but sit in Kianna’s section if you can. Highly recommend!!
Dan and Kimani are the best bartenders ever! I'm visiting here from Houston to checking out all the local spots in Seattle and they gave the best service and give the best conversations! Definitely ask them for their recommendations for food and drinks! Definitely a place to check out plus I just found out they made a new location in Texas.

Fabulous service from Dane! He gave us all separate checks which we know is not easy for the server for a large group. He did it with a smile and happiness. Dane made our night enjoyable being attentive and knowing who ordered what.
Naiya was an amazing waitress! She was so knowledgeable and attentive. Anna who helped out was also amazing. Would recommend to anyone.
I think Local is pretty classic Seattle food. It's very expensive for no reason IMO. I got the peanut noodle salad with chicken which was ~$25 and had very little amount of chicken IMO. Taste was okay. Atmosphere is nice but I wouldn't come again probably.
Visited this place with a big group on a weekday night. Place was busy and looked fun. Food and drinks are tasty. Vegetarian options available, they also made some changes on request to make few other dishes vegetarian.
Food is delicious. Beer selection is top notch. Dog and family friendly. There is a bar is you're looking for adult only atmosphere. Mid day and late night happy hour make this place a great bargain. Lots of room for bigger groups. Staff is super friendly and very fun. A gem of SLU. The local fried chicken is crispy and yummy. The heat sneaks up on you. Cheese perogies are perfection. Delicious. Must try Hot wings are mid, but satisfying.
