No issue with the food. The service has a lot of opportunity. Drinks were served very rushed and they mixed. They were not courteous or polite in explaining which drink is ordered by which person. Why we tried to ask drinks were just put on the table very rushed and it felt very awkward as if we are not paying for those drinks. Additionally the systems were down and we didn't get any receipt or bill. They took the email but nobody cared to email the receipt after. Even the follow up on phone or text lacked customer care
What a good find!!!! My mom and I were trying to celebrate her 50th birthday and didn’t make our reservation in time. We were so sad but we’re soon feeling better after our incredible experience at the eatery. The food was impeccable but above all, the service was inspiring. Our server was Jazzmin H. Was so genuine and attentive and provided my mom and I with a delightful dinner and a positive attitude that cured our birthday disaster. Thank you to the public eatery and especially a special shoutout to Jazzmin H.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good food and cheap late night happy hour at LOCAL! Good service, and drinks. Thai noodle salad and Korean BBQ bowl were both hearty and delicious. Would try more of the appetizer menu the next time, as the crispy potatoes were a great beginning to the meal.
Tina made sure we had the best dinner and drinks! She was super sweet and accommodating. We will definitely come back!
Very nice atmosphere and great choice of beers. But fish tacos that I ordered were very blunt, even with extra spicy sauce. They were tasting like poorly made fish from fish and chips, but extra rolled into tortilla and some sla on top. Maybe I spent too much time on South and just shouldn't expect good tacos at North Pacific?
Was so blessed to eat here on a Sunday afternoon. Food was excellent and the portion sizes were great. Mindy was a wonderful server and was a joy to speak to. Would definitely recommend!
I came in with a large party and they were able to accommodate us right away! Food was great and the atmosphere is incredible. Our server Mindy was amazing, always check in with us to see if we needed anything and made our night. I’ve never had a server as personable and attentive as Mindy!
Ima be frank, I found this place while I’m doomscrolling DoorDash like a #hog. For context DoorDash states this is a “Mexican American” restaurant. I make imaginary carts on the app where I fantasize about what I like to eat, and I don’t care about digital footprint I’m about to make for this review. MY REVIEW: This establishment provides an excellent array of items, perfect for a unique cart creation. This being said, I have never been more astounded or horrified at the variety of items that this “Mexican American” restaurant provides. I will never order from here, but I look forward to many curated carts in my future.
I have been visiting with my English bulldog the whole summer of 2025 and local is one of my top ten places to grab a bite and drinks. First I would like to say the food and service is top notch, Matlyn, Chris at the bar and the rest of the friends at local have been nothing less than spectacular and welcoming, I believe that’s one of the biggest reasons I feel happy to come back to dine in. Secondly, I have tried 90 percent of the menu at this point and I can confidently say everything is good and does not disappoint, I have taken friends and dates to Local and have always been a hit. Lastly getting there is so easy when you’re in the area, they close decently late into the night and I have met the delivery folks in the morning walking my dog and can say the food is organic and locally grown. 10/10 place to take yourself and friends, prospective loves of your life, (the lighting is amazing) promise it’ll keep you coming back for the food, people, and great time. I didn’t like the food here. Spicy edamame were not spicy, it had balsamic sweet glaze on it hence on sweeter end and in fact a lot of them were just empty shells! Caesar salad and nachos were very average. Also, guac mimosa was a little watery. Even the service wasn’t as great. We spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to serve water and even take order.
