Chris was genuinely the most amazing bartender, I am visiting for a training week and went out to dinner alone, he helped me choose what to get and not only did I have the best food but it was so fun having such a fun person as my bartender. I told him at the end he made my day because he REALLY DID!!!! Also the spicy guava margarita is my favorite drink I’ve ever had, Chris is seriously the best.
Best late night food in Seattle! The wings and seared chicken are super fresh with great portions too. I love the desserts! I've ordered 5+ times on DoorDash and it never disappoints
Food is delicious. Beer selection is top notch. Dog and family friendly. There is a bar is you're looking for adult only atmosphere. Mid day and late night happy hour make this place a great bargain. Lots of room for bigger groups. Staff is super friendly and very fun. A gem of SLU. The local fried chicken is crispy and yummy. The heat sneaks up on you. Cheese perogies are perfection. Delicious. Must try Hot wings are mid, but satisfying.
Visited this place with a big group on a weekday night. Place was busy and looked fun. Food and drinks are tasty. Vegetarian options available, they also made some changes on request to make few other dishes vegetarian.
Had a great time once the waitress came to help us. Food was delicious and I liked the fact you can taste test beers for free. Music was a little loud when we sat outside, and the men’s bathroom smelled pretty bad.
Edited: The food was honestly pretty good, Our server was extremely nice and understanding with us but the service time could use a little bit more improvements; our appetizer came in 5 minutes which was great but our entree in about 20+ minutes (granted it was pretty full that night). The price for a dinner of 2 (2 entress + 1 appetizer) came out to be a little over $80 (don't worry about the pictures below, we spliced the bill.
Me and my fiancee stopped in for our first meal in town, between the excellent food and beyond words service from Chris K and the team. The trip was made already and we now have a new default place go to! Highly recommend stopping by !
LOCAL is the type of place you go when you have a group of people who all want different foods/can’t decide what they want to eat! In our case, my girlfriend wanted a burger, while I wanted ramen. This place fit the bill. We were promptly greeted by Shawn upon entering, who is delightful (do us a favor and listen to hellogoodbye!! That’s the concert we were telling you we went to!) Then we were whisked away to a table in a scenic and private part of the restaurant, where we had a great view of the entire restaurant, which gives off a comforting family friendly vibe but it’s very hip and filled with a younger crowd. I think it was Dan who took care of us first and gave us lively conversation about the origin of Dr Pepper, and promptly took our food orders. The edamame was AMAZING- we highly recommend it. My girlfriend wants to come back just for that alone. Finally, Chris checked on us frequently (Dan, too) and was extremely kind. Overall, above and beyond service- we will be back!
Phenomenal experience here. The staff is incredible. Great bar scene and definitely ask for Chris P to be your server. He’s one of the managers and definitely makes you feel welcome. Ask him about the Philippines!!
My dad and I came here for dinner before we saw a concert at Climate Pledge. I made a reservation day of and glad I did because it was pretty busy at 6pm on a Thursday. We ordered the crispy potatoes and they were amazing. I had a skinny mango margaritas and it was delicious. I also ordered the pulled pork pasta and it was really tasty! My dad had the enchiladas and he mentioned they were spicy but his spice tolerance isn’t very high😂 our server was great, she had lots of table but made sure to check on us often and helped with food and beverage recommendations. The vibe was super lively and fun. I saw a few kids and they seem to have a family friendly area opposite the bar area. Outside seating too! Will be coming back!
