The Lifetime Solar staff was beyond superb, however I wasn't going to leave a review until I got my first electric bill. Well, I just received it today, one full month of solar and my electric bill was only $9.36 and that was only because KCPL charges weird taxes. Thank you again to all the Lifetime Solar staff.
I ordered my panels last December. It took 6 months to get them put in...it is now mid September and we still don’t have net metering and the panels aren’t producing. We have been paying on them for three months however. Communication has been horrible and I expect this will never be resolved.
They were very professional and worked very well with my HOA in order to get the system on the roof and produce the most power possible. very happy with my system!

It isn't often I take the time to compliment a company for their outstanding service. The old adage that when you receive poor service you will tell ten people, but when you have good service you may tell one, is usually the norm with me. My experience with LifeTime, however, has changed my attitude about that. Many years ago my wife and I started looking at alternative energy. Solar, wind, whatever we could find that may save us a little money for our home. Often when I reach out to a company they would send an "agent" out and try to sell me a pre-canned package. Many times my questions about total cost of ownership, and when a system would begin to pay for itself were met with frustration and assurances that they were experts and they were giving us "exactly" the system we needed. That is until we met Tony at LifeTime Solar. I cannot begin to describe just how patient he was with us as we plied him with our many questions about the investment cost, tax credits, and power consumption. If you have ever actually read your power bill, it is difficult to decipher what all those kilowatts and KWh equate to. If I have a 60 watt bulb, how much power am I consuming? What if I have 20 of those bulbs? What if I switch them out to 12 watt LED's? Tony was able to sit down with us and explain KWh and how it can be calculated based on our consumption and how it related to our electric bill and how it would change our dependency on the grid. Tony was not only extremely patient with us, but very knowledgeable about his product too. There was something about his easy nature and informed answers that gave us a level of comfort that all home owner's should have when making an investment such as this. You don't want to feel like you are being pushed into something you don't need. In other words, Tony was not a salesman, but a professional who was interested in making an investment in us by taking time with us and insuring we understood the system. We were so pleased with our overall experience that my wife even went out of her way to make the guys some cookies. For that I am a little sorry as she isn't the best cook, but I am sure the guys were happy with the gesture all the same. If I could give LifeTime ten stars I would.
Started to work with Tom Alley late last year to install a grid tie system in western Iowa. Tom was very attentive to getting things started - but the finance company declined to fund the project when they found that the property was owned by an LLC. Looked for other financing options - but nothing made sense, only consumer loans at high interest rates. Decided not to pursue the project due to the lack of available funding. By this time, I had already paid the $2,500 deposit. Just after the first of May, I contacted Tom and requested a return of the deposit. Couple of days later, he sent me a text that Jordan, the owner of the company would be giving me a call sometime soon. On June 7th, I texted Tom and let him know that I had not heard from Jordan. Tom committed to remind him the next day - - still no contact from Jordan. June 22nd - texted Tom and again stated that I had not heard from Jordan....Tom again committed to remind him the next day - - still no contact from Jordan. Beginning to worry about the integrity of the company - probably going to be out my $2500 - for everyone else considering this company; be very careful. Steve
Was very happy to get solar panels. Started this journey back in April run into a few bumps .St Louis County dragged their feet on issuing the permit. Nothing life time could do. Install done should be making eletric and saving money.The experience that you will have with Lifetime SOLAR is going to be very rememberably. Customer service above and beyond anything I have ever witness. Thanks to Dave Campbell, Troy for their performance. And a big thanks to To Tony Patterson for the highly outstanding service.
