The company has always had excellent customer service, the installation team was extremely professional and very knowledgeable with the system. Purchasing the system was absolutely one of the best decisions we've ever made and selecting Lifetime Solar was also the right decision. Absolutely love not having an electric bill.
It’s been a long haul (6 months) to have our solar panel system installed and functioning (mostly waiting for inspections). Ryan and Lifetime Solar have been one of the few bright spots in the journey, reliable and efficient in correcting installation issues and errors that have cropped up.
Nothing but a hassle. Was supposed to be installed before Thanksgiving but didn't actually get put in till January 2020. Then it took a month before we were able to use it because the install crew did not put disconnect fuses in, the company inspector didn't show up twice for the inspection with the electric company, despite the electric company talking directly with the inspector to set date and time. I am supposed to get a tax credit, as stated in my contract but I have been calling for months and not a word back. Oh and our yard is still jacked up from the install crew, despite being told they would come back to fix the damage. The only good part was that when they severed our water main, they at least covered the expenses to have it repaired. Do NOT bother with this company.
Install was VERY spotty and company is non responsive. I hired another company after countless phone calls and trying to get someone to come out to assess why the panels weren't working. Come to find out, the house was extremely close to catching on fire!
I was very happy working with LifeTime Solar for our residential system. I obtained bids from four different companies and chose to work with LifeTime. They have years of experience, are very knowledgeable, professional and not pushy during the sales process. I highly recommend working with them!
