I would like to take a moment to recognize La’Quala T. at Legacy Community Health for her outstanding compassion and customer care. She called me regarding a referral for a program, and from the very beginning, she made me feel heard and supported. She took the time to listen to me without rushing the conversation. She was patient, kind, and helpful in explaining the program and even sharing additional services that might be available to me. What touched me the most was that she went above and beyond by calling me again the next morning simply because she said I “stuck on her heart” and she wanted to check on me. That level of genuine concern is rare today, especially in customer service. Her kindness and sincerity meant more than I can express, and I felt compelled to let someone know what an incredible impact she made. Legacy Community Health is blessed to have someone like La’Quala on their team.

2 stars , the doctors are nice and pharmacy is great! They make sheduling an appointment and checking in for an appointment difficult. The medical assistant I had was very rude. They try to push for phone appointments but I dont see the point of that especially when I have to pay a high copay just to talk on FaceTime. I've been coming for years but the service has become more sloppy.

Have a very bad UTI, went in on Monday they ran all tests BUT a UTI. I’ve been sitting in constant paint and discomfort for a week now unmedicated with out antibiotics. I went in to get help, and ultimately got none leading me to no choice but to go to an urgent care. NOT cool. Went in for testing for 2 times and they STILL did not run a UTI test regardless of all my textbook symptoms. The fact that they would be okay leaving a patient in total pain and discomfort left untreated is beyond me.

They used to be decent. Now they just take the funds from the government and pay out ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They intentionally make it impossible to pay for copays and bills. They'll be getting knocks from HHS and DSHS very soon.

I have had good and bad moments at Legacy Montrose, in turn it took a year after moving here to get services, went to Harris Clinic also which wasn't much better, I am not sure even who my case manager is, it was a long grueling process of being seen 2 to 3 hours so bring your media chargers. No one seems to talk to each other from different floors and look to you for answers. There are only certain days to get tested or see the eye doctor. Their are to many presidents and a staff proving to be quite embarrassing at some point as everyone is the president. My nurse and care team are quite awesome I must say, the lab staff are quite rude and not understanding almost immediately if ur not on time, so it was the same at Harris Health also(considering covid reg., small area to wait and waiting on different floor or your vehicle). The on site pharmacy is great, again too many workers, I have seen literally 13 people and only 3 lines(what exactly are they doing in there if not assisting the clients waiting?). Good luck finding parking its just not enough area and people get frustrated. They have a on sight gym which I mean is a good idea but, no one is using because of covid and people dealing with real body issues, here's an idea there's your new parking lot money if not being of use or another labs space. Also this is not just services for HIV/AIDS, its a clinic for those needing labs(blood), obgyn, sti's, medical case management. I choose to be seen here medically because of convience, distance and at Harris Health if you miss your Dr. Appointment 2x's you will be reassigned another doctor (how degrading), and this from clients and other staffing on site while I was waiting there. Also to not be late (really?), well thats embarrassing and quite sad, as you already know doctors/staff that adherence is key so being medically seen and then discouraged for living life on life's terms (ex.-we don't predict the future car troubles, metro, traffic, kids, weather), is key to a successful life living with HIV/AIDS. I waited 6hrs to have labs drawn there I never went back.. Luckily I live 2 minutes from Legacy and they text you letting you know to come back in if you have time from work or life, so you don't have to wait in the building or on the property but don't go to far. On the good side of seeing the silver lining there is a McDonald's and Vodoo Donuts just around the corner, if you have to wait a extremely long time which happens quite frequently. Zoom is how I have communicated with my Doctor, its kind of weird still, but all part of this new age of medicine and medical management. I know people who have left Legacy/Harris with a sour taste in their mouth from both services, due to the inconsistent cohesiveness that the two medically funded facilities say they have, I have yet to see this also. I have been here almost 2yrs and still feel like a number but everyone deserves second chances.

If u have traditional Medicaid they will not see you. You have to go to the Dentist in your network even though they approve u for their financial assistance

Honestly, had a great experience visiting for some testing as a new patient. Wonderful staff! Everyone was so nice and helpful. They assisted me with making sure I had what I needed. Will definitely come back for future healthcare needs.

I went for a routine/basic screening. Without insurance, the charge was $85 flat. I have insurance so provided my insurance information. They charged my insurance over $1500. My insurance covered part of it, but then I received bills totaling over $325 dollars. For an $85 basic screen/panel. I called, multiple times, left multiple messages for the billing department, all but one time unanswered. When I did finally receive a call back, they said they would refile the claim with my insurance to code it as "preventative care" - which they never did. I was eventually forced to pay the ~$325 to avoid creditors. All healthcare is horrible, but I expected better from Legacy. Lesson learned. Will not be back and will advise everyone I know against ever going.

Was tired, kept nodding off , and even slightly dropped on myself... No one seemed to give me any weird looks or uncomfortable vibes... Very neutral atmosphere
