In my opinion everyone was really nice and help me with everything i needed, i went as a walk in emergency dental ,,they did procedures but they dint have open appointments so they refer me with another clinic ....the guy in front desk very polite and helpful also the guy from the dental and all the crew were awesome

Some front desk staff members are friendly, while others seem to take offense to your presence. A few weeks ago during my visit to the vision clinic, I encountered staff members who appeared disinterested and unhelpful. The girl that helped me didn’t offer any solutions and was annoyed when I asked about the frames for glasses I believe the name of the staff member I got was Rose or rosa?. It’s disappointing that a community clinic, which is supposed to serve the community, doesn’t provide better service. If you’re not enjoying working at a community clinic, you might want to consider changing jobs.

Terrible place and waste of time!! The dental assistance is rude and nasty!! I would never go back here. Don’t even waste your money or time here. You may as well let your child play in your mouth and diagnose you. This place is a joke. They just wanna charge your insurance for nothing. There needs to be a zero Star!! Cause that’s what they deserve here!!

What a wonderful and welcoming space. They really do care about you as an individual and go out of their way to help. I would not be alive without their continued support

Since I came to HoustonTX I have been in this clinic. Started only for PreP and then I have had Doctors appointments. DR ROCCO is the best. I love him for doing a great job. He is very professional. God bless him. Thank you'll family legacy. You are the best of the best. ❤️❤️❤️

Exceptional Care and Dedication from the Ophthalmology Department! I recently had the pleasure of receiving care from the ophthalmology department, and I am compelled to share my profound appreciation for the elite team of doctors and assistants. The determination, commitment, and compassion they exhibited were unparalleled. After years of seeking help for my declining vision, they resolved my issue in just one day. At 26 years old, with rapidly deteriorating eyesight, I was feeling quite anxious. However, the team made me feel like I was part of their family, and their expertise provided me with the relief I desperately needed. Their unwavering dedication to patient care and their community deserves the highest recommendation. I’ve been a client before they were at this location, it’s been that long. Over the years I’ve discovered a few things. Overall the service is satisfactory. The issue is they have employees that have been at this location for a long long time. This creates two outcomes. Humility, gratitude, mastery of the client base they serve or, arrogance, mediocrity and complacency and poor judgement. I imagine from the number of stars I’ve left one can assume which outcome I’ve observed over the years. The issue is leadership, you can write a mission statement, you can set goals and intentions but if the leaders don’t have accountability then whole endeavor is baseless. I think those that started this platform are good people I think they have forgotten where and why they began this in the first place. Become a client and see …. Soon enough this will become a victim of its own success.

This review is primarily for their “PCP” Maria Smith, PA & behavioral health team - Especially that of Luis de la Rosa Vasquez. The lack of understanding and communication within this care group is borderline pathetic. Since initially seeing Maria for a multitude of conditions and attending to build a care plan, she was quick to push me aside. When seeking help with adult ADHD i was then referred to psychiatry. When telling them i’ve done my assessment, they insisted I do more. so, I did so. Then i was pushed back to a LPC for follow up and then told i needed to do the adult 5hr assessment exam before they could then put me in front of a provider, again i did so. i was then told after i would be put with a provider to review my results which yet again i was put back in Luis (never hearing back from Maria Smith). Luis then told he would submit my info out for referrals, and i got referred yet again to another person that does assessments and not prescriptions. so yet again we got sent to another provider that i was told would review all my med history and test results and go from there for correct Rx. I YET AGAIN not even halfway into my appt with the psyche NP get told they do assessments and referrals they do not do Rx and am now out searching for a provider AGAIN. this truly is a perfect example of zero communication within a group of providers that leaves a patient, like myself, waiting valuable time and a lot of money with all these pointless visits when i already had my Dx & assessments done. so yes you all deserve LESS than one star for this clinic.

A loved one was seen by Dr. Darlinda Minor (Psychiatrist) and described the treatment as if it were a cell phone service customer service call. No trace of empathy or care. She was 5 minutes late to the virtual appointment with no remorse or comment on the matter.

I have been here on time 1:30 pm my appointment was cancelled because I spend 23 minutes completing it. They never said that is mandatory to fill up in certain time. I finished so frustrated because I have to leave with same situation that I arrived. So sad that nobody really care about it. The 2nd floor lady at the dental desk was not helpful at all. Just rushing me and making faces to discourage me about the appointment. I asked for a supervisor to get help and she said he isn’t here. All the time I remained polite and calm. If you ever in this place, I hope you get the excellent service that everyone deserves and I hope this is a single isolated situation.
