Great experience! Awesome staff, all of them are very nice and professional! I have been there 3 times and all of them have been amazing 🤩 Ms. De la garza at financial assistance was so sweet and kind, I am so thankful to her for her help 🙏

Every time I come in here, I am blown away at how compassionate, professional and genuine. The staff are. Even the security guard outside to the janitors to the front desk to I mean, I have not come across one person that did not cease to amaze me. They have stayed late for me before when I showed up at 6 o’clock begging for an appointment for bloodwork. They have squeezed me in, when I didn’t deserve it. And still - had such a warm welcoming attitude, even though I know they were probably hungry and ready to go home and have dinner with their families. I can go through different names, but really they all need credit. This place right here is run by people who genuinely care. Who are genuinely devoted not because it’s a paycheck but because They are passionate and devoted and they care about us. I have never ever been to a clinic that I felt so strongly about this to the point that I’m writing a review as I sit and wait for the doctor to come in my room. I am so incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to come to this place. Great job legacy! I hope that all of y’all know that y’all have made such a difference in so my life and I KNOW FOR A FACT I’m not the only one who feels this way. I hope the staff knows that, when they’re having a bad day, they are changing peoples lives and I hope that they are proud of themselves. Thank you, thank you thank you so very much for devoting your hearts to people that you don’t even know. I hope that you know that, even though you may not hear the patient say it to you, but you are impacting not only their life but their families lives and you are so appreciated.

I wish Google offered a zero-star rating option. Some of the staff members show a lack of empathy and appear to be motivated only by their paychecks, treating patients however they wish. If you can find a different community health center, I strongly recommend going with that choice. The front desk staff and personnel are very disappointing. It's important to remember that Legacy Community Health, as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), receives government funding through the Health and Human Services (HHS).

AVOID ALL LEGACY BRANCHES! Avoid any legacy as the mediocre service is the same in most locations that I have been to. First of you can never get an appointment, it takes months 5+ to be able to get seen even just for basic primary Dr. if you need a specialist forget about it. Another thing, communication is HORRIBLE. If you have questions, need to speak to your doctor, need an issue addressed asap, don’t expect to get help soon your wait time is over 2 weeks. Your only line to direct contact with your doctor is thru their online portal message center. Can’t call your doctor thru phone their is no way you’ll will be sent thru numerous press 1-9 options just to be told at the end of the ”we’ll send a message over to the doctor” and won’t hear from them till weeks later. Your local emergency hospital will get you taken care of faster than this place just to put in perspective.

I just want to give a special thank you to Sky, who works at Legacy. I had been waiting on a prescription for quite some time and called multiple times. It was then when I was greeted with Sky, she went above and beyond, and her customer service is exceptional. Sky promptly dispatched my message directly to my physician and assured me that if I didn't receive a call back, I could reach out to her for further assistance. True to her word, Sky was a woman of her word. I called back, and she was able to expedite my request and finally get my prescription ordered. You guys have a real gem in her, and coming from the customer service industry myself, it is always refreshing to see someone go above and beyond. Thank you again, Sky! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They are truly amazing here. They're so kind and welcoming at check in. The doctors here really care and actually listen to you. No interrupting or talking down to you. They work hard to find a solution or treatment for you. I've never had a long wait time. Online or in person, it's a great experience. It's refreshing to meet doctors who care so much and are so good at what they do. They are also really great about working with you payment wise. It's never been expensive at all.

Great on helping to receive financial aid to have services done at the clinic. However, the administrative staff is a joke. They consistently lie to you. Instead of being honest. If you don’t know say that! Don’t lie! And legacy do not respond to my post because I will not contact the compliance department because I’ve contacted them multiple times and nothing is ever done.

Visited this location for some testing. Was feeling pretty nervous about it, but I had a great interaction with Lorena that quickly helped. She was positive and friendly throughout our interaction. Thank you for that.

Terrible place and waste of time!! The dental assistance is rude and nasty!! I would never go back here. Don’t even waste your money or time here. You may as well let your child play in your mouth and diagnose you. This place is a joke. They just wanna charge your insurance for nothing. There needs to be a zero Star!! Cause that’s what they deserve here!!

Some front desk staff members are friendly, while others seem to take offense to your presence. A few weeks ago during my visit to the vision clinic, I encountered staff members who appeared disinterested and unhelpful. The girl that helped me didn’t offer any solutions and was annoyed when I asked about the frames for glasses I believe the name of the staff member I got was Rose or rosa?. It’s disappointing that a community clinic, which is supposed to serve the community, doesn’t provide better service. If you’re not enjoying working at a community clinic, you might want to consider changing jobs.
