K&D Development is co-owned by Damaris Reeme and Kurtis Reeme. Damaris began her career in 2013 by remodeling her grandfather's home and expanding her rental properties. She pursued higher education, earning an Associate's Degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from Arapahoe Community College in 2017, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State University. Her passion for construction led her to establish K&D Development. Kurtis graduated from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Construction Management. Raised in a family of general contractors, he gained extensive experience managing over 3,500 new residential constructions and later transitioned into custom remodels and full home builds.

K&D was an amazing partner in our reconstruction after a water damage issue! Nick was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in dealing with the mulitple insurance adjusters assigned to our claim. He advocated for us to ensure our home was restored to its previous level, even though it meant A LOT of back and forth with our insurance. We are so thankful for him! Cesar was assigned as our project manager and he was nothing short of wonderful to work with. He was friendly, communicated well and kept us in the loop throughout the project. He was regularly onsite, made sure to introduce every person who came in to work on our home, and ensured everyone was respectful to our property and the job was done right the first time. He genuinely cared about our home and treated us like family. Every person who came in—whether they were here to paint, drywall, install floors, clean, etc.—was kind and respectful, and provided high-quality work. We will definitely work with K&D on future home improvement projects. We can't recommend them highly enough! Give them a call, we are so glad we did!
After my basement flooded, K&D was assigned as the reconstruction team. Not only were they great to work with, but the quality of work was exceptional. I plan to use them for future projects.
