Who Owns K&D Development?
K&D Development is co-owned by Damaris Reeme and Kurtis Reeme. Damaris began her career in 2013 by remodeling her grandfather's home and expanding her rental properties. She pursued higher education, earning an Associate's Degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from Arapahoe Community College in 2017, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State University. Her passion for construction led her to establish K&D Development. Kurtis graduated from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Construction Management. Raised in a family of general contractors, he gained extensive experience managing over 3,500 new residential constructions and later transitioned into custom remodels and full home builds.

Great service! We had a basement with ugly drop ceilings and carpet tiles that flooded. Insurance paid out and K&D made the space amazing within our budget. New floors, new ceiling, new lighting - it's a million percent improvement. The team was very nice and they finished much faster than expected. I'd recommend K&D to anyone!

Frank and his K&D team were great to work with on a unique 2nd story decking project. When others either said no or quoted a crazy high price, Frank looked at it and said “we can do that” and gave me a price that was very reasonable. This team was very easy to work with. They were accommodating, understanding, and thorough. Cesar coordinated the entire job efficiently, and fixed the minor details whenever they came up!
I was in a bind in that I went through water damage in my kitchen and my insurance policy didn't cover the repairs. I explained my situation with Nick and he was able to cut me a break on the expenses and got the job done well. The drywallers and cabinet builders did a great job. I would highly recommend K&D for any home remodeling/repair project.
