We had water damage in our kitchen last year and got several quotes from different contractors, but choosing K&D Development turned out to be a phenomenal decision. Nick was incredible to work with from start to finish. He was always available to answer our questions, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and made everything feel easy on our end. He truly went above and beyond by handling communication and advocating for us every step of the way. Early on, he even helped with the insurance process and fought to get us additional coverage—something we had very little experience with—which ultimately allowed us to create our dream kitchen. Cesar, the project manager, was equally fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and consistently checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were happy with the progress. The crews who handled the water mitigation and construction did an amazing job. The quality of work speaks for itself—everything looks absolutely beautiful. Overall, our experience with K&D Development was outstanding. We’ve already recommended them to friends and will definitely be using them again for future home projects.

I cannot say enough good things about working with K&D Development. The entire process, from start to finish, went smoothly, which was a huge relief after dealing with water damage. Communication with Nick, Stacy, and Frank was timely and clear from day one. Nick helped with my insurance when issues came up, and he worked with me on pricing based on what the insurance ultimately paid out. The work was completed in the condo where my elderly mother lives, and Frank went out of his way to make sure she understood what was happening and felt comfortable during the renovation. That level of care meant a lot to both of us. Thank you to everyone at K&D for making a difficult situation much easier to get through. We really appreciate all of your hard work!

K&D blows away any other contractor I've worked with. They consistently exceed my expectations, are flexible, the team is super respectful, and work quickly and efficiently. Oh and they communicate! They have done a garage overhaul, exterior painting and siding repair, landscaping overhaul, and just about to start another handful of projects with them. We used K&D to do a big refresh on the exterior of our house, including new siding, windows, gutters, and paint, among other things. They did an amazing job and were such a pleasure to work with. Evan, the guy in charge of arranging everything (would that be "the contractor"?), was always easy to get ahold of by text and was always available to answer questions. All the different specialists that worked on different aspects of our house showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do. Everything was explained to us clearly, the price seemed very fair... and our house looks pristine! I would definitely recommend K&D, and I will be a returning customer in the future.

Seriously call them!! We LOVE K&D Development!!! When an old pipe leading to our kitchen sink started to leak underground into our basement it was an absolute emergency we were not expecting to happen! Thanks to their knowledge and expertise it really put us at ease through the whole process. Having them as an advocate for us was extremely helpful in navigating our claim and insurance process. Their team was amazing and worked very efficiently. Their kindness, communication and work ethic was very much appreciated by my family to get our house back in working condition. We look forward to working with them again on more projects.
