Who Owns K&D Development?
K&D Development is co-owned by Damaris Reeme and Kurtis Reeme. Damaris began her career in 2013 by remodeling her grandfather's home and expanding her rental properties. She pursued higher education, earning an Associate's Degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from Arapahoe Community College in 2017, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State University. Her passion for construction led her to establish K&D Development. Kurtis graduated from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Construction Management. Raised in a family of general contractors, he gained extensive experience managing over 3,500 new residential constructions and later transitioned into custom remodels and full home builds.

K&D Development is my go to for General Contractor needs. I do environmental consulting and refer these guys all the time. Everyone I speak to after has fantastic things to say about them. I know from my experience they are very professional while also being personable. Great team and always has the clients interest at heart.
Kurtis and his team are the best. I had to have skylights replaced (the others were incorrect for the type of roof I had, which were installed by another roofer) as well as floor joists reinforced. This required a lot of removal and rebuilding. The work was professionally done, and everything was cleaned up, leaving no mess behind. Kurtis and his crew were very professional and personable. They explained everything they were doing, and asked questions when needed. They are a 6 out of 5-star-rating
KD did exterior work for our house (back patio, landscaping and front porch revamp for curb appeal). Kurtis and his team did a great job, communicated in a timely fashion and was willing to discuss issues that arose with change orders or description of work that wasn't clear between customer to contractor. My husband and I would definitely recommend Kurtis and his team for future projects and to our friends.
My wife and I had a dishwasher that had leaked down to the neighbors condo ruining the ceiling and drywall. After battling my inner pride and knowing my strengths, I decided to give the professionals a call. I called numerous contractors and K&D Development returned my call and had me scheduled for the drywall repair within 48 hours. I'm a very hard person to impress when it comes to companies advertising what they want the customer to believe the can do, compared to the level of service you receive. Anyone can make it to the top of a search engine if you are willing to pay for it. But this company has my business for life because of the morals, values and respect they have for every customer. My small drywall repair job was always a priority to them from the first phone call. If anyone is looking for a reliable construction company to get the job done I will stand behind these guys and the new relationship that was built. K&D Development is one of the best contractor's in the Denver area for all of your home remodeling needs. No matter what you are looking to do, K&D will not let you down! My floors were destroyed by my dogs and K&D made them look beautiful. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get home remodeling done.

We were super impressed by Frank, Kurtis, and the whole team at K&D. They helped us with a full kitchen remodel that included knocking down a wall (before and afters attached). Frank was very responsive to any questions, all of the sub contractors they sent out were great, and we love the finished product. The budget and timeline were pretty much spot on as well.
