My daughters and I enjoyed our stay. I didn't realize until we arrived that the freeway was pretty much in the backyard which made it interesting trying to sleep through the night. Other than that everything was great.
We had a great stay at the jungle house. Very spacious and in a great walking location to many different things! Definitely recommend!
The Jungle House is a fantastic place to stay for the price. My boss and I have been in town for work the past couple weeks and this place has been amazing the whole time. The place is clean and is equipped with a kitchen as well as a washer and dryer, the local architecture around German Village is beautiful, many restaurants and stores are very close by. Whatever your purpose for traveling don’t let the Jungle House slip by without giving it a look at the very least. (Almost forgot to mention the Jungle House Team is very proactive and responsive taking care of anything you may need as quickly as humanly possible.)
Our stay at the Jungle House was awesome! The house was Super clean and the bed very comfortable. Would recommend it to anyone! Definitely a 5 Star!!
Jungle house we're great host and I look forward to staying with them again. The hospitality was like no other! The check ins were greatly appreciated. Location was fantastic and I loved the fact that I had my own parking spot 😁
Avoid at all costs. They will ask for a $300 deposit on top of the standard booking fee to complete a reservation, which they say will be returned within 7 days of your stay. It won't be, and several weeks later you'll see another credit card charge from them with no acknowledgment. When confronted, they'll say it's because you tampered with equipment in the house and incurred a $500 fee. You have no way to disprove this because you don't even know what equipment they're referring to, and it's been weeks since you left. A 2-night stay that was meant to cost less than $200 ends up costing you over $700. Their customer service seems to be entirely automated, so responses (including the one I'm sure they'll add to this review) all offer flat "we're sorry to hear about your experience, our guests matter to us" consolations. We have reported to the BBB.
Staying at the Jungle House was a unique and relaxing experience that we loved. The best part is how the space truly feels like a small, luxurious jungle getaway, thanks to all the beautiful plants and stylish, cozy decorations. Everything was spotlessly clean and set up perfectly for our arrival. A special mention goes to the host, who was incredibly responsive and provided all the information we needed right away. The beds were super comfortable, and the location was fantastic for walking around town. We highly recommend this spot if you want a beautiful, hassle-free stay.
Cozy and perfect for couples get-a-way. Host was friendly and quick to respond and even checked on us throughout our stay.
