July 2025 I booked this phenomenal Airbnb for a short relaxation getaway for my fiancé’s birthday. The option to add a birthday package that included champagne, a small cake and a birthday banner certainly helped this place stand out for what I was looking for. The set up here is great. The place is super clean. The feel is inviting and cozy. Sergio is truly an amazing host. Checked in just once per day to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and to ask if anything was needed. Communication was quick and the booking, arrival and check out were seamless! The location is definitely as described… PRIME! Short walking distance to so many attractions. Perfect! The amenities are as described as well. Everything you need is right there for you. I can’t wait to come back to the Jungle! Thanks for such an amazing stay!
Jungle house we're great host and I look forward to staying with them again. The hospitality was like no other! The check ins were greatly appreciated. Location was fantastic and I loved the fact that I had my own parking spot 😁
Avoid at all costs. They will ask for a $300 deposit on top of the standard booking fee to complete a reservation, which they say will be returned within 7 days of your stay. It won't be, and several weeks later you'll see another credit card charge from them with no acknowledgment. When confronted, they'll say it's because you tampered with equipment in the house and incurred a $500 fee. You have no way to disprove this because you don't even know what equipment they're referring to, and it's been weeks since you left. A 2-night stay that was meant to cost less than $200 ends up costing you over $700. Their customer service seems to be entirely automated, so responses (including the one I'm sure they'll add to this review) all offer flat "we're sorry to hear about your experience, our guests matter to us" consolations. We have reported to the BBB.
Staying at the Jungle House was a unique and relaxing experience that we loved. The best part is how the space truly feels like a small, luxurious jungle getaway, thanks to all the beautiful plants and stylish, cozy decorations. Everything was spotlessly clean and set up perfectly for our arrival. A special mention goes to the host, who was incredibly responsive and provided all the information we needed right away. The beds were super comfortable, and the location was fantastic for walking around town. We highly recommend this spot if you want a beautiful, hassle-free stay.
My daughters and I enjoyed our stay. I didn't realize until we arrived that the freeway was pretty much in the backyard which made it interesting trying to sleep through the night. Other than that everything was great.
Great location to stay if you are going to Nationwide Arena, Kemba Live, or a Crew game. Just a short walk away. Easy to get in and out of , apartment was clean.
Wonderful spot! Very affordable. Close walk to the convention center and a lot of great shops and restaurants. The plants were real and decor was tasteful unlike most residential rentals I've been to.
Cozy and perfect for couples get-a-way. Host was friendly and quick to respond and even checked on us throughout our stay.
