Hidden fees Hidden fees Hidden fees!!! The1142 Hamlet St, Columbus, OH, 43201 location was clean, however the day of getting there they taked on a fee right before I was able to access the house. The laundry was still going when we entered. We took multiple pictures in fear they would try to put the damages on us. Crooked cabinets, scuffs on walls, baseboards missing etc. Fast forward nearly a month after the stay they keep charging for random things. Now trying to charge for extra guests when we took several videos and photos of who all stayed. Would not recommend the headache.

No matter the reply. This bed and breakfast organization is a scam. I stayed one night, received a text saying that place was spotless and they wanted to gift me, my next stay. I recieved a text later saying upon pre checkout inspection, they found out I had guests visit; and charged my card $420. Have never heard of this happening before in my life, and the policy was never disclosed to the customer (myself) beforehand in anyway. I knew they looked shady, I knew the influx of texts from they were shady, I knew when they tried to sell me on a non refundable security deposit that they were shady. I knew when late checkout was more expensive than booking another night, they were shady. I should have listened. DO NOT STAY WITH JUNGLE HOUSE

Had a room booked through VRBO only to be alerted hours later that my booking was flagged as a "high risk for a party" and cancelled automatically. I then received a message from the host asking why my booking had been cancelled and that they were not responsible for it and wanted to make it right. I then called VRBO who blamed the cancellation on the host. The host is now not cooperating the reinstatement of my reservation OR with a refund request and no one has taken ownership for the erroneous cancellation. I will never use VRBO again. At this point I am out $250 and a booking... NEVER BOOK WITH JUNGLE HOUSE... also they own 35 properties... this is what happens when management companies take over something that is intended for people. The host response below is obviously automated and after spending hours on the phone trying to resolve this is it still unresolved... DON'T BOOK HERE

The place where we stayed at is very important. The place is too beautiful, clean and peaceful. Hope to be back more next year.

I have stayed at Jungle Houses in Columbus four times now and have always enjoyed the stay. They are quick to make any necessary adjustments. Great locations near my office in the Short North. Will stay at Jungle House next time I am in Columbus…

This is like the best place we have ever stayed at. There was only a tiny problem that some doors and windows needs blinds or privacy screens. Overall we enjoyed every minute staying in the house. Thank you Jungle House. 😀

The Jungle Houses are beautiful, but let me start out by saying that you should not come here for the plants or the scenery you should come here for the hospitality. Every single thing about these houses are so carefully planned and thought out. There are little luxuries included in every nook and cranny. From customary deodorant and razors in the bathroom, to codes for 10% off at doordash and complimentary wine and snacks in the kitchen, to a smart tablet in the foyer to use for restaurant information and even getting yourself a late check out this is a travelers dream. It is almost insane to me that the beauty that surrounds every inch of this house is not the key point of focus but somehow it's not. You are immediately immersed in an oasis when you walk in, all the plants are real and you really get a taste for what it's like to be outside on the inside! And comfort is key here as well. With memory foam beds, face masks, robes, duel shower heads, soft blankets, and velvet on every surface of this home get prepared to indulge yourself. Jungle House is immaculate and if you're looking for the perfect place to really feel like you're on a tropical vacation but have the comfort of home I could not recommend more!

I’ve stayed at a few of their locations. When I say their customer service is top tier, the best customer service I’ve had in a while. They respond very quick and booking has always been easy. If you are looking for a cozy, clean modern stay. I am very particular about my stays, but this place has every thing you need. Jungle house is your goto. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

🏡Very easy process to check in; staff members were very friendly and fast to respond to you. I've stayed at the Jungle House of Chillicothe, upstairs, and the area was quiet and safe. The place was as seen in pictures, with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and even towels.🪴 🛏The bedroom mattresses were very comfy. Great choice, team, because no matter how nice the house looks, if it's not comfy, it doesn't make the stay worthwhile.🌿 🛋The only negative thing—because I have to be honest with my followers—is that the living room sofas, as nice as they look, are not comfy to sit on for more than 5 to 10 minutes, to the point that I stayed in my bedroom for the whole 9 days. I contacted the team members, and they are working on changing the sofas.🌱 ✨️Overall, it still deserves five stars, and I'm considering staying at this place every time I'm traveling to my job in Chillicothe. 🏘

Very nice accommodations in a very nice area in Columbus. Highly recommended for its comfort, cleanliness, and livability. The Jungle House is a great choice for a stay in the Capital City.
