Jungle House - Luxury Stays

This was a beautiful home and they were very professional. They had everything I needed and had a comfortable space in a good neighborhood. It was very easy to check in and check out. It was a walkable distance from a lot of different things which was very helpful! I will use them again, the next time I am in the area.

I’ve stayed at Jungle house most times while visiting Columbus the past 6 months. Each one of their properties has everything needed for an excellent stay. Most have been recently renovated, Nicely decorated, and all with super comfy beds. This particular location was a 5 min walk to Short North with endless dining choices. I’ve given up the hotels with 200 square foot rooms. Jungle house is The only place to stay in Columbus.

jungle House made it very easy to get a reservation. Their communication is top-notch. It’s not a robot you’re talking to. You’re actually texting back-and-forth with a real person. Toni Made it super easy and the whole process Smooth as can be, they even threw in a couple discounts which many places will not do. 10/10 ❤️

I highly recommend staying at this hotel with your family. It is very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, making it a great place for both adults and children to enjoy. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a wonderful choice for a pleasant and memorable family stay.

Sergio is an amazing host and The Jungle house was perfect for my needs. A great stay for anybody visiting German Village or the greater Columbus area in a historical, picturesque neighborhood.

They will be video. Per Ohio law you are not allowed to video anyone without notifying them, YOU FAILED TO DO SO!! Don't stay! Keep looking. The picture don't tell the truth, this house is old and falling apart, you can see through the floors. It is only has 1 full bath. No futon beds. You can see through the doors. Extremely cold. Do NOT stay here. I been asking for a refund for 2 weeks for the over charged of guest and parking and you are not responding? After reading other reviews it don't appear you have updated the profile and still have it listed as a hotel. Please refund my extra $230.00 ASAP! Then update your listing you the bad reviews stop. I want to see results, not just lip service that you keep providing!!! You are scamming people!

This was such a wonderful stay. All the plants gave it such a nice touch. Great location, walking distance to everything. Very clean and surprisingly quiet. Our host was amazing and super attentive. We will definitely be back.

Extremely frustrated and disappointed regarding the communication with this hotel and Expedia. I booked online for a same day stay only to see the dates booked were for the following day. I immediately called to sort out the issue and was told they were sold out and that I needed to contact Expedia to cancel. I even received a text message stating I would need to contact Expedia. I in fact contacted Expedia. I shared the screen shot of the message from the hotel only for Expedia to say they needed to contact the hotel. I was then informed by Expedia that the hotel said they would not cancel the reservation. I called the hotel to better understand why they denied my request considering I called immediately and advised them of the situation and followed their instructions. The lady at the front desk said she did “hear Expedia” call earlier. However, she didn’t speak with them. I felt no one wanted to assist me with the situation, I received conflicting information from all parties, and there was no willingness to assist with my refund or even take accountability for who ultimately was the point of contact.

What a gorgeous place to stay! The accommodations were immaculate, comfy, and beautiful. Special touches, such as the sound machine playing jungle bird sounds upon arrival, and snacks in the kitchen made me feel welcome. We had some trouble with the door code to the unit, but the hosts were responsive and friendly. This is my second stay with Jngle House and I will definitely stay here again!

Do not stay at the Jungle House locations… We had a horrible experience staying at one of their locations in the Columbus area and I know they have several locations, including Chillicothe… Their properties are overpriced and not worth it!!! It’s not the greatest area right across from a gas station and they don’t do anything to make your stay enjoyable or comfortable… With our experience, it was frigid temperatures outside and when we checked into the apartment the thermostat was set at 58°and freezing cold… We couldn’t even take our coats off . The pictures were deceiving because the cute animal skin rug that was showing in the pic was not even there! (actually there were no rugs in the house,) which made the cold house even worse… The old clawfoot tub with the plastic shower curtain around it is not very inviting for an enjoyable shower. You can’t count on the parking because there is only A small space provided that somebody took while we were away So we had to park behind them, and then was woken up in the middle of the night by some shady people, wanting us to move our car. On top of all that they try to gouge you for everything they can and even two weeks after our stay ended up taking more money out of our account… Horrible experience!!!
