Had an amazing time looking at wedding dresses here! Ali was an incredible stylist - I was so impressed with the vision and his ability to listen to my style and pull together pieces that fit. The boutique itself was perfect - we had our own little section with plenty of room and we were able to walk around and look at gowns. 10/10 experience!!
I had a great time here!! I was lucky enough to work with Seth, who made the whole process super fun! He really got to know me before the appointment, and he brought out so many fun and beautiful dress options, from things that I told him I wanted, to wild card options based on the feedback between dresses. He was kind, funny, and so sweet. The dresses here are beautiful too. Some very traditional things, but also some extremely unique and playful pieces! There’s definitely something for everyone, especially if you get Seth as your consultant!
We had a wonderful experience! We were a tad late to our appointment as we weren’t used to traveling in the city yet, and everyone was so gracious and accommodating. This was my sister in laws first time trying on dresses, and I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience for her. Michelle (I think) was so sweet and had a great eye for what looked good on her. I had to bring my littles with me, which was also very special and everyone was so welcoming to them.
Grace Loves Lace created such an AMAZING experience. My future daughter in law was treated like a queen. The staff is personable, kind, and truly listen to brides to be. Their service was professional and beyond amazing. I want to give a specific shout out to Samantha. She is WONDERFUL. We could tell as soon as we walked in that this place was different and special. They take in all the details, engage with the party, and create the best experience and the dresses are absolutely beautiful.
I had a wonderful experience with Nova at Grace Loves Lace! I’m on a short timeline to find a dress and while another bridal shop made me feel slightly judged about needing to find a dress in a matter of months, Nova went with the flow, was positive and showed me options that would work for my timeline that were also on my wishlist/fit my vision! I went into the appointment with my favorite dresses in mind, and I never thought I would leave with a dress on my first day of trying on wedding dresses! The material of Grace Love Lace dresses are like no other and the fact that you can try on dresses of your size without the clips is amazing! On top of all of that, the staff and entire vibe of this shop in NYC is excellent! Micah was SO kind, patient, and knowledgeable when it came to helping me pick my perfect dress. My family and I had so much fun with her and she celebrated with us when I said yes to the dress! After I purchased the dress, Micah even followed up with me right after my appointment to explain the next steps. It was the best experience and I cannot say enough positive things about this shop. She was welcoming, warm, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire appointment. The dress selections were stunning—beautifully designed and impeccably crafted. While I’m still giving the shop five stars, the only minor downside was that when we first arrived, we had to wait a few minutes to be greeted, even though other stylists had noticed us as we were browsing dresses and veils near the front. However, this was a small hiccup, and once Jada greeted us, the rest of the visit was flawless. I highly recommend Grace Loves Lace, especially if you’re lucky enough to work with Jada.
