My daughter was so happy here! We knew from the moment we walked in that this was the experience she had been looking for. Even just seeing the dresses on the racks as we walked in, we knew there would be some lovely choices here. The staff was friendly, bubbly, and kind and made her feel and look like a princess from the start. They immediately got my daughter into a lovely slip and robe and took her measurements to ensure the right fit; nowhere else that we went offered this level of service. They offered the entire party refreshments and continued to engage with the four of us as well. Samantha, my daughter's stylist, was a great fit with my daughter and all of us from the start and made us all feel special and welcome. She listened to my daughter's likes and dislikes and brought out a variety of options for my daughter's consideration. The squeals of excitement and her large smile told us that we'd probably found the "one" and as it turned out, it was not what any of us were thinking but is absolutely gorgeous! My daughter did continue to try on additional dresses and we even went to another shop; however, she kept thinking about the dress at Grace Loves Lace. Samantha got us all back into the shop the following day and as we were traveling from four different states, we really appreciated being there for the moment my daughter decided on HER dress. My experience was amazing! Ali was fabulous, patient, gentle and encouraging. He took his time, gracefully handled all the back and forth and made sure I was comfortable and supported every step of the way until I found the one. He’s the absolute best!

Grace Loves Lace made my bridal dress buying experience so easy and seamless.  First, pretty much all of the dresses in the store are under $5,000 so very budget friendly!  They have veils, earrings, belts - all kinds of chic and stylish accessories to try on!  None of the dresses are heavily beaded, have boning, zippers, padding, or much structure - so keep this in mind when going in.  These are dresses meant for comfort.  My dress did not have a zipper or even a single button.  It was the most comfortable dress, but it did require some creativity when selecting underwear (I just went with breast tape). You pre-select a few dresses that you are interested in and then start by donning a slip and getting measured and then your stylist brings out those dresses plus a few more suggestions.  I went around and actually chose a few more (and ended up choosing a dress completely different from anything I pre-selected). Once you choose your dress, it is not the standard - buy it big and alter it down. They make it for your size.  It's as close to custom as you can get without being custom.  For me, this means that once I took my updated measurements a few months out from my wedding and my dress was ordered, I didn't actually need alterations after delivery.  Yes, you read that correctly - I DIDN'T NEED ALTERATIONS! - savings in the thousands. As for the actual reviews - the space is incredible - super cute, spacious, clean and inviting.  Very millennial - you have enough space and privacy and don't feel on top of anyone.  It's really great.  And the team is to die for.  Everyone I worked with - in person and over the phone and email - was incredible.  All of my questions were answered quickly and efficiently, and the entire process was seamless and easy! I'd definitely recommend Grace loves Lace for a more easygoing and breezy bride who is looking for a dress without too much structure that is still going to flatter and flow!

To start off, I did not end up getting my dress here but my experience was SO wonderful I had to share. This was my VERY FIRST wedding dress appointment and I couldn't have had a better stylist. Micah was absolutely wonderful. I brought two of my closest friends and she popped champagne and made us very comfortable. I loved her easygoing and encouraging way of working with us. She helped me work through and learn things about what I liked and it was like being with another friend. Overall I loved the brand and the style and the ease of the designs. Everything was incredibly comfortable and beautiful! It was absolutely my favorite dress try-on experience and for that reason I wish I picked that dress! Thank you for being so delightful!

I said yes to the dress! Seth was my stylist and lets just say he is the BEST! I went in to try a completely different dress on and he ended up adding a few I would like, He chose the one! I tried the Selene gown on and felt beautiful! I instantly knew she was the one for my big day! The boutique is immaculate and the staff was also great, my sister in law and I had a great experience so much so that I came back and tried on a few dresses for my second look. My wedding is April 2027 and my entire bridal wardrobe will be from GLL! Selene gown, Ophelia veil, Camille dress, Chantilly gloves, I cannot wait for my wedding! This was my first (and turned out to be only!) wedding dress appointment. I’ve loved Grace Loves Lace for years, so I knew I wanted it to be part of my wedding journey. I was so nervous, but my stylist Ali made the experience so much fun and there was zero pressure. He was so thoughtful, kind, and found me the perfect dress that I wasn’t even considering at all when I walked in. Trust 👏 your 👏 stylist 👏 I came with a friend on a Saturday morning and it wasn’t busy at all. The fitting rooms are spacious and comfy, and the rose tea we got was delicious :) I am so thrilled with how the experience went! Thank you Ali & Grace Loves Lace!

Me and my dad had the best experience at Grace Loves Lace - and I said yes to the dress! All thanks to Elizabeth, who helped us wonderfully. She was so kind and very thoughtful. She brought me four dresses and they all had something I liked. She gave us the best tips and she also helped me with accessorizing, which eventually led me to choose my dress. I love to be a Grace Loves Lace bride, all thanks to her!

My experience at Grace Loves Lace NYC was everything I could have dreamt of and more. My bridal stylist Ali made the experience so incredibly special. He called me the day before to chat about my interests, wedding vibes, and how to prepare for the appointment. He welcomed me and my family with the most radiant attitude — what I thought would be a daunting process was not only easy, but FUN all because of Ali and the Grace loves Lace team. Ali listened to all of my wishes and brought me wonderful dresses to try. He never made me feel rushed or pressured, and with every piece of feedback I gave him, he knew exactly what to grab next. I told him I had other bridal appointments that day, and Ali told me I was totally free to come back and try on my favorite dress again later that evening. Sure enough, I ended up heading back to Grace Loves Lace. Ali had the dress ready for me to try on again, and greeted me with positivity and encouragement. I immediately knew it was the one, and Ali popped the champagne!! Not only are their dresses incredibly high quality, but their team really makes a world of difference. Every question I had was answered, and I never felt pressured to rush my decision. I am so so thankful for Ali and the Grace Loves Lace team, and cannot recommend them enough!

I had a lovely experience at Grace Loves Lace with my bridal stylist, Ali. Before my appointment, I selected a few gowns I was interested in trying on, and Ali had them prepared when I arrived. One thing I learned throughout my dress search is just how important it is to try gowns on in person. The styles I was convinced I’d love weren’t nearly as flattering as I expected, while the ones that initially didn’t catch my eye ended up suiting both my style and body type much better. Ali helped me realize that a clean, fitted silhouette was far more flattering on me than ornate, heavily embellished designs. Ali was such a joy to work with—warm, fun, and incredibly easy to talk to—which made the entire appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. I highly recommend Grace Loves Lace to brides looking for effortlessly elegant, minimalist wedding gowns at a reasonable price point.
