I cannot say enough wonderful things about GLL, and more importantly, my bridal assistant, Valentina! I had followed this brand online for years, and coming to the store for dress try-ons exceeded my expectations. From the champagne when you walk in, to the dedicated attention given to what looks best on you and matches your wedding vibe, and the beauty of the showroom - it was by far the best experience I've had trying on dresses. I feel so lucky to have had Valentina as my bridal assistant; he took care of every question and made dress suggestions that I would have never chosen but ultimately fell in love with.
I didn't find The Dress at GLL (at least not yet - I may go back!) but it was such a nice experience. The showroom is clean and cute and felt really private and luxurious. My stylist Kristen was really friendly and helpful in bringing me the styles I was interested in. The complementary drinks were also a really nice touch. Their dresses are suuuuper comfortable but I felt a little self-conscious and lumpy w/o the boning, structure and support found in other brands.
I had a wonderful experience at Grace Loves Lace! My consultant, Micah, was amazing. I came alone to my appointment, but she never made me feel alone. She gave great, honest feedback while always being so friendly and considerate of what I wanted (even if I didn't know it yet). The staff there was never pushy and they all made me feel special from start to end.
What an absolutely gorgeous showroom and retail space. Grace Loves Lace has created such an intimate shopping experience. I had an appointment the day after they opened, and it did not fail to meet my expectations. My stylists, Gabby, was both so kind and very knowledgeable about the dresses. The dresses here are not only stunning, but they are very much affordable. I would seriously recommend this place to ANY bride who's looking for a wedding dress.
I had such a lovely experience at Grace Loves Lace. The store itself, right in the heart of the vibrant SoHo area, is beautiful and and provides a really well organized bridal appoitnment. Micah was especially helpful, finding gorgeous wedding gowns for me to try on. She really listened to what I looked for in a dress and encouraged me to try on styles I hadn't thought of originally. She also went out of her way and took pictures of me in each dress, front and back, since I didn't have a friend with me. Overall, I would recommend shopping for your wedding dress here and try to get Micah's help during your appointment!

My stylist, Valeriano, took such great care and attention to my desires and needs while also guiding me to other unconsidered options - one of which became a favorite/contender for the big day! First of all, all of the GLL dresses I tried on were stunning. I haven’t decided on my dress yet but I just wanted to come here to say that my experience with Micah was absolutely lovely. She was so kind, easy to talk to, and listened to my preferences. She is amazing at her job. I felt very comfortable and taken care of :)
I honestly didn't think I was going to find my dress here, and I was extremely wrong! I couldn't have had a more amazing experience at this showroom. Micah was my stylist and she killed it!! She really paid attention to everything I wanted/didn't want in a wedding gown. She also never tried to push me into something that just wasn't for me. Micah was so fun to work with and super down to earth! Micah wasn't the only beautiful stylist there.. Grace loves lace is filled with the most wonderful people who really help you make a decision. I even had an appointment after here to try on a dress that I absolutely loved, and Grace Loves Lace told me to come back and try on their dress if I had any doubts. I obviously came back immediately after the horrible experience I had at my second appointment. I cannot wait to wear my Grace loves lace dress on my big day and I can't thank Micah enough :)
This was the perfect experience! I had been to 4 other boutiques this week with my mom and aunt and honestly thought I had found my dress and one of the other earlier locations visited. However, Seth made my experience so tailored to what I was interested in and actually wanted to feel like in a wedding dress that I absolutely fell in love with two gowns that I tried on. After Seth went above and beyond and allowed me to fully accessorize both gowns I was able to clearly see and feel that I had found the one here! 10/10 experience 12/10 customer service!
We just left Grace Loves Lace, where we had the loveliest experience. From start to finish. The salon is beautiful and serene and very well appointed. Our consultant Emily G literally could not have been more attentive, knowledgeable or sweet all while being incredibly professional and a great rep for the brand.
