Very clean facility with all the equipment and space you need to have a great workout. The surrounding area is very nice to walk around as well. The overall experience of going to this gym is very pleasant and I’m comfortable recommending this place to people. Tyler Gormley, one of the managers, is a great team member that helped me out and welcomed me in.
Definitely don’t trust who you see working at this location. Front desk was holding a valuable of mine for me only for the employees to be negligent and have the item go missing from their own drawers. All of the managers have been of help on the situation and have given no updates. The only explanation to me is that one of the employees took my valuable item for themselves.
I love this gym! I have lived in a lot of different cities and have been a member of quite a high number of gyms and Onelife is by far the best. The equipment, classes, amenities are great and your membership grants you discounts to so many local businesses. My personal trainer is Lindsay Tom and I look forward to our sessions every week. She is the absolute best trainer I’ve ever had and always challenges me. I’ve referred a handful of friends and colleagues to this gym and always will!
This is a cool gym! I love the big windows, the rooftop pool, and for being a downtown gym, there's a surprising amount of space. The staff are friendly and there's more than enough options to have a good workout. It's always clean and a very convenient place to workout.
Beautiful gym, very clean. They have all up to date equipment and I always saw the maintenance guy walking around working on things if they needed repair. The staff was so nice and was always smiling. I especially love the yoga classes here. Peak hours are generally super busy but I would just avoid those times to have more use of the space.
I LOVE this gym! super clean, staff is very friendly, you have all the equipment you need, it’s right in the middle of downtown, they have all clases you can think of and to top it all off the vibe there is very inspiring! Everyone there is focused and there to truly work out. Being in that environment has really pushed me to step up my game and hit the weights harder ! 💪🏽 Also! Super gay friendly! 🏳️🌈
Came in while I was in Kansas City. The hotel gym wasn’t big enough for me and I’m glad I dropped into check it out! As a longtime employee at a racquet club back at home I was impressed with the customer service and how clean the facility was. Also loved the gym culture as no one was making it harder on anyone else. Would absolutely recommend!
This is hands down the nicest and most clean facility in the city! The locker room and showers are always squeaky clean. Tyler is fantastic with dealing with customer issues. The customer service is above and beyond any gym I have ever been to! I love training here!
I have been coming down to Power & Light since April 2023 and I would like to say that every single time I come in and leave I'm greeted with and "have a good workout" or Hello or Bye! Everyone is so friendly but would like to say my last visit ERNEST, MARIA AND CALES went above and beyond to make me and my boyfriends workout comfortable and fun! So many thanks! I would recommend this location and club to anyone! If you visit this location check out the theater room! Its awesome!
This gym is great! The facility was clean, well air conditioned, and fully equip with all the gym equipment you'd want/need. As a new client I met Assistant Club Manager Tyler Gormley and he was really great. He showed me around the facility and was really helpful. The customer service here is great and everyone was really welcoming. I highly recommend this gym for everyone to go work out in.
