Have dealt with Genesee Fuel for decades. They always give me the best quotes, quick and professional service. You can be confidant their bid is their lowest possible bid. You can also be assured their workmanship is of the highest quality.
I have been using Genesee for nearly 10 years. They have provided our heating oil as well as performing both routine maintenance and unscheduled repairs on our system. In each instance the staff has been most helpful, service technicians have arrived on time and the work has been excellent. EDIT I wanted to update this review to emphasize the high level of service provided by Genesee. As always seems the case, my heating system failed after business hours on a cold night. A call to Genesee was handled by their answering service, and I was promptly contacted by a Genesee staff member who gathered all the necessary information. Within an hour I had Tuan there to make the repairs and the system was running again in record time. Many thanks to Tuan and everyone at Genesee.
The fine people who work at Genesee Energy are very knowledgeable, kind and efficient. I always feel as though my home is the most important home on their very busy schedule. We have been customers for almost 20 years now and have always found Genesee to be very responsive to our needs. We had our old oil furnace replaced with a very efficient gas furnace a few years ago and we could not be happier. You will not find a better company to manage your heating needs than Genesee Energy.
