Vanilla late was delicious. They were out of the sandies or breakfast burritos I wanted. Settled for the pesto sandie, it was good. Vibe is chill. Windows could use a cleaning and hanging lights over the tables could use a dusting.

Currently one of my favorite coffee spots to get actual work done, specifically to do work. There are some other places in the neighborhood but their coffee either sucks, or their seating sucks, wifi sucks, or the parking in general just sucks, or a sad combination of all of them. Basecamp has really good coffee/drinks and their staff is very friendly, plenty of spacious seating with multiple outlets to choose from at every table. Have not tried their food so I can't say much on that part. It does get quite busy on the weekends, middle of the day, but if you get there early enough you have so many options on seating. The parking still sucks but it is located in Capitol Hill and this is more of a neighborhood thing than a Basecamp thing, parking in this part of town just sucks all the time. It is very well located though because you can take the light rail and it's right outside the Light Rail Station. Can't say enough good things about this place and would highly recommend if you're actually looking to try and get work done.

Such a great place that builds community and gets people involved in the outdoors! I had a great time at the women’s happy hour and made many friends who are down to hangout!

basecamp is such a cool concept that combines a cafe and outdoor gear rentals. they also host group outings in the outdoors! the barista was so nice in helping me order and serving me when i came in. i ordered an espresso with sparking water while my friend ordered an ube matcha. the espresso was quite sour whereas the ube and matcha flavor was not present in my friends drink. if i came back, i would definitely try something more tame such as a latte as they look good!! this space offers great opportunities to be outside as well as a space to work but it does get quite crowded. **the wifi will be on your receipt so remember to ask for it and is only valid for 4 hours as well

TLDR; Nice café, but their sandwich gave me food poisoning. I have gone a few times for board games with friends. I have generally had a good time at the event (only reason I gave 3 stars). I went on August 13 and got the vegan pesto sandwich. It tasted really good. However, in about an hour I got a really intense pain in my stomach. I went to the bathroom and well... it wasn't pretty. I don't think that the poisoning could have been from lunch since it was something that I eat often. I told the barista and she just said, "What? Do you want a refund?" She seemingly did not care much that the sandwich I received turned my stomach inside out. I accepted the refund and left.

Coffee was okay. I went for the ambience, they have created quite a cozy place. But the two hour WiFi cap was annoying. Looks like they don’t want people to overstay. I life working off a cafe, and so while the ambience is great, the WiFi restriction drove me away.

I had a good espresso, but my wife has noticed the cappuccinos vary in quality: if well crafted she doesn't need sugar, but recently she has. This happens when you craft a cappuccino that has too much foam on top: sign of poor quality. By American standards this is normal though (but there are many places in Seattle which don't have this problem). UPDATE: we went again and it was fine, improved from what we'd had, but our opinion still stands that it was fine, not great, and there are many great places in Seattle.

This is one of my favorite coffee destinations. The staff is amazing, the coffee is delicious, and the interior is well laid out, offering a great environment to relax or work in. There is also great outside seating tucked away off the main road, providing a quiet area to relax. This coffee shop not only offers a great atmosphere but also provides opportunities for memberships for outdoor activities and rentals of winter or summer equipment. I highly recommend checking it out if you enjoy a laid-back, fun, and sporty coffee shop where you can relax.

Nice spot to sit for a few hours with a laptop. I enjoyed the decor and the large menu. The cold brew was delicious and smooth. The iced matcha was a bit on the watery side, but still tasty. I suggest sitting inside if possible -- the patio is pretty small and there's lots of foot traffic passing by.

The coffee at Basecamp was delicious and they had some excellent varieties and choices. The concept is really cool focusing on the ourdoorsy vibe of the region with some guide books and supplies for those trips to the wilderness. The staff were super friendly and the vibe of the place was very relaxed, especially on a weekend morning when we visited. Perfect spot to visit before exploring Seattle and beyond.
