I had an amazing experience at Fogo de Chão, and a huge part of that was thanks to Sky. From the moment we were seated, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made sure everything was perfect throughout the entire meal, checking in at just the right times without ever being overbearing. Her knowledge of the menu and recommendations really elevated the experience, and her positive attitude made the night even more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across service that feels this personal and thoughtful. If you’re dining at Fogo de Chao, I highly recommend asking for Sky—you won’t be disappointed!
Truly an experience of a lifetime!!! Azariah was our server and was the best server we’ve ever had!!!! Be prepared to spend a minimum of 60-70 per person, as it is expensive and we ended up spending almost 300 dollars, but it was so worth it!!!! Servers walk around with amazing meats and will cut you off a slice as they pass if you want it!!! We got to try truffle butter, waygu and lamb!!!! There’s a Brazilian buffet included too!!!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!
I had such a great experience tonight. Jocelyn and Story were amazing and super attentive. Mahi the gaucho fulfilled all of our requests with a quickness. Overall loved the vibe, and will be back!

This place is so much fun! We lov3d the way you are served. We picked the top tier option. You get all the steak you can eat, lobster tail, salad bar, desert, mashed potatoes and a Brazilian cheese bread. The salad bar has much more than salad. We had 9 different meats and all of them were delicious. The way the come by and offer each choice of meat is so much fun. We have a picky eater and he ate more than we have seen him eat anywhere else. We have been twice and would go again. Try the cucumber mint drink and the tres leches cake, so so good
Attended my good friends wedding gown fitting today, then came to Fogo where we were treated and served like Queens. Junior of course went above and beyond for my girls as he always does. Joslynn and Trey was amazing as well!! Great atmosphere + Vibes. Definitely come here and ask for these 3 individuals if you want the experience of a lifetime 🤎🤎🤎
We walked in from the back at a shift change, there was some slight confusion, were seated, but never brought menus. Our first server was a bit of a mess, said she would do something and didn't. Food was amazing, both the meats and the salad bar, unfortunately out of our 2 favorites, which was a huge disappointment. Alex took over our service! He was amazing, low key, friendly, welcoming and attentive. I was overall happy with everything. The last time I went everything was over seasoned and I wasn't sure I would go back, but last night it was fabulous like it should be, the food and the experience.
Amazing dinner experience! The salad bar is top notch, and all the food is cooked to perfection. The lamb was phenomenal, and the lamb chops were the best I’ve had in Portland hands down. The potato and The mini bread rolls with cheese were just like from Brazil. To top it off. They had the most amazing chocolate dessert.
This is my first time at this location, of Fogo de Chão. I came to study and eat dinner while attending a conference at the hotel across the street. Because I got to the conference a day early and didn’t know anyone I was slightly bummed out thinking that my night would only be books. However, my server, Odell was incredible. He was so nice and accommodating and was a great conversation mate when I took little breaks from reading. I came for the food, but what I got was something much more special—a genuine human interaction that made me want to stay well past the completion of my meal!!
I've been coming to this location for 10 years and had yet another excellent experience. The market table was well set and stocked and perfect compliment to the very prompt table side carving service. I got all my favorite cuts within 10 minutes of being seated and Faith and Isaac did a great job welcoming my party, getting us everything we needed, and congratulating us on a recent celebration.
