I had an absolutely amazing customer service experience at the Fort Worth Fleet Feet store on seventh Street. Mr. Roberto Cowan, manager, Mr. Chris and sales representative Mr. Chris all provided great attentive care as I was selecting my new running shoes and insoles. I was able to get an updated shoe fitting, gained knowledge about the different brands as well as the different versions of my specific brand ofSaucony. I walked out with a new pair of shoes, new insoles, and a new store for shoe selection! Thank you all for representing Fleet feet FW and partnering with Our Black Girls Run Dallas local chapter.
My salesperson went above and beyond helping my son get his feet fitted correctly. He has a unique situation and has different shoe sizes so the process was time consuming. The salesperson was patient, helpful and very pleasant throughout the process. Super pleasant experience all around.
The man who helped me was so patient as I tried different shoes and inserts and really took my time to make decisions. He wasn’t pushy and offered opinions and knowledge when I needed more information to make the best decision for my feet. I even asked to change shoe color after I had purchased my shoes, and he was so kind to help me to do that. Great employees, great store.
Highly highly impressed with this location. Isabella was super helpful! I’m so glad I stopped by this location on my way back to Houston. I’ve been to three Fleet Feet locations and this was just hands down one of the best! As soon as I walked in their employees welcomed me, and Isabella walked up to me and immediately asked me how she could help. She completed a feet scan, which helped her find more brands and shoe options for me - scanning the arches, width and sizes of my feet. She then proceeded to help me try on four pairs of different brands of shoes. She was patient, listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. Their employees quite literally put the shoes on for you as they assess the size and fit of each pair. Isabella gave me an entire hour, and helped me with an exchange I had from one of the Houston locations. I would highly recommend this location and will definitely stop by if I’m in the area again!

I came in this past Saturday (2/22/2025) and even though they were a little busy their customer service was still amazing. We were greeted when we walked-in and told to hang tight. When it was our turn we had Carnell, and he was very informative and respectful. He had great customer service and a nice attitude. Didn’t try to oversell us on anything, let us take our time and make a decision. We will definitely be coming back.
I was really excited to come here to get a comprehensive food scan. Immediately upon entering there was four employees one who immediately started helping someone. I waited at the front for 3 minutes while the other 3 employees continued their conversation and never asked me if I needed help. I waited to ask for the comprehensive scan but no one seemed interested in helping me. I thought I would just wait and headed to the woman shoe wall. I thought they would have the professionalism to approach me since at this point I had already waited 10 minutes for assistance while they continued their conversation. Soon after a Caucasian couple walked in and they immediately stoped their conversation, greeted them, and proceeded to help them. I walked out immediately because I truly felt discriminated at this point. I hope this store learns to acknowledge and treat everyone with the same kindness and professionalism I was not shown.
I had a great experience yesterday. I haven't bought new athletic shoes in about 10 years, and so much has changed. I have some physical issues that have kept me from exercising over the past few years. I knew I needed the right kind of shoe that would provide the necessary support, fit, and comfort without adding to my knee pain. I explained my situation to Ivan. He took me through the scanning process to determine the kind of shoe that would be best. He had me try on several pair and walk around. We tried with insoles & without. I ended up getting a pair that feel great and don't exacerbate my knee or hip pain. I never felt rushed or pressured. Overall a wobderful experience.
They're great here! The team is very knowledgeable. They digitally measure your feet and the way you walk to recommend the best shoes to fit your foot and gait. Highly recommended, especially if you're just getting into running and/or fitness and have questions. They offer so many great brands in shoes and athletic wear: ON, Brooks, Lulu, Vuori, etc... The store is very clean with plenty of room to walk around and test out new shoes.
