The service here is top notch. The staff is so knowledgeable. Not only can they tell you the best options but why those are the best options. The fitting process is great. I buy all my shoes for exercise there. I was given two great options. I went with Brooks, only shoe since foot injury in military that relieves pain when wearing. This oofa recovery sandals are great too.
Visited fort worth store. Bella measured and mapped my feet. Then brought out 3 pairs of shoes for me to try on. After trying on all 3 pairs multiple times and then different shoes on each feet. I made a decision. Bella must have tied and untied my shoes fifty times. I wore them to the grocery store the next day and it was like walking around on my pillows. This will be the only shoe I ever buy, the rest of my life.
Jeremiah was the best!!! Brought out multiple shoes was very patient and so informative! Highly recommend asking for him!
Amazing the literal second that I walked into the store I was greeted and helped. Angel Sanchez was the guy who helped me Extremely knowledgeable every question I had answered by him as if he himself made the shoe. Idk what he gets paid but he needs a raise I’ll be a returning customer for sure and bring my family members along to get some shoes for them and hopefully Angel can help me out again
Had a great experience here thanks to Will! He was extremely helpful, friendly, had a positive vibe, and was very detailed with the information he provided. Thanks to him I got my new running shoes, some insoles, and some socks! No more knee pains.
We loved our experience here! We were buying shoes for our first half marathon which is nerve wrecking enough and we decided to check this place out! Will was the store associate helping my boyfriend and I and he was attentive and detailed. Explained everything thoroughly and so kind! They were closing and he still didn’t make us feel rushed and still was guiding us to get the right shoe and things we needed for our training! Didn’t really enjoy the last store I had been to but Will made this really enjoyable for us! His coworker was also great and helped our friends who were also looking to purchase shoes and was very kind and helpful! Looking forward to trying out our new gear!
Today I was helped by Carnell! Right off the bat he greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable in an environment that’s new to me. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect shoes for my running journey. I had a great experience and look forward to buying all of my shoes from this location in the future.
I needed new comfy walking shoes for an upcoming trip so went in on a recommendation from a friend. The service was amazing. It’s been a long time since I’ve had someone spend that much time helping me find a shoe, measuring my feet, making suggestions, and even putting them on my feet for me. Plus they have a great return policy.
Jeremiah was so great !! he was very patient with us even though I tried on so many shoes. He was very insightful and had us laughing. Made the experience so great will come back for sure, ask for him !!
Had a great first time at FFFW on Friday. My feedback of foot pain was taken into account when picking out shoes that they believed would be great for me. I had a great experience.
