Carnell did an awesome job with welcoming us into the store, helping with the foot exam and making shoe recommendations. With overwhelming information and reviews online, it was helpful having guidance and ended up finding shoes I never knew about! 10/10
Our first time at Fleet Feet. My wife has had problems finding correct fitting shoes that are comfortable to walk and stand in for long periods of time. Jennifer our friendly / knowledgeable salesperson took electronic measurements of my wife's feet and her walking gait. Reviewed the results with us explaining what each measurement meant and asked what she needed the shoes for and what problems she had in the past with her shoes / feet. Jennifer brought a selection of different brand shoes of the correct size / width / cushioning and support for her feet. My wife tried them on. Walked in them, with and without the Fleet feet supports. Found two pairs of different brands she really liked. Great experience. Thanks Jennifer for your time and patience.
Chris was highly professional in getting me fitted for the proper shoes to fit my needs. He was very patient and we did not feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. Left very satisfied with my purchase! Highly recommended and will return!
This is my first time getting my foot analyze to get the perfect pair for my feet. Cindy was amazing help loved her. , she explained everything perfectly. Answered all my questions we tried on different pairs. Over all this place 100 percent , workers all amazing help. Never buying shoes anywhere else. Definitely going back to get my daughter a pair. Thank you Fleet Feet
From the minute we entered, Paige met us and took me through the protocol for choosing the correct shoes for my feet. She did an excellent job because she was knowledgeable and patient. My wife will be back to shop for her shoes too.
One of the best customer service experiences I've had this year! Nick is very knowledgeable and walked us through the fitting process like a pro. Now I have one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I've ever had, which address things with my feet I honestly would've never thought of without the scan. Thanks Nick and team Fleet Feet!
Totally blown away by the evaluation and sales process. Chris, the manager, was fantastic. He didn’t hard sell anything and was completely honest. The shoes spoke for themselves and were exactly what my feet needed. We will be fleet feet customers for life: Thank you Chris!
Chris was AMAZING and spent over an hour with me to find the perfect tennis shoe for my lifestyle and goals. I never felt rushed. He was personable, caring, and provided exceptional customer service! It’s people like Chris that makes me a returning customer to Fleet Feet FW.
Service was phenomenal!!! Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions with patience. Chris was very respectful. I’d consider him a high price employee. He took lots of time to help me find the perfect shoes for my needs and wants. At one point I underestimated the amount for my shoes and only brought a certain amount of cash and he even helped me get a discount! Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Will definitely be supporting this company from here on out. I do also have to say that the buisness and Chris lived up and beyond two other companies that I visited before fleet feet. 👣 Great work! Thank yall!
I was shopping with my teenager for running shoes. Kelly was so helpful. She performed the 3D foot scan, explained the results, tried a few different pairs of shoes on him, and a pair of socks to help prevent blisters he’s prone to. There was no pressure to buy, but we were impressed with the quality of products and left with 2 pairs of shoes, socks, and insoles.
