Isabella Aranda provided Great customer service and made me feel like I was important! Very knowledgeable on what colors and needs for my feet! Thank you!
Was recommended to come to this shop by a friend who’s a running enthusiast. Was immediately greeted with a kind welcome by Nick! I told him I was in the market for a pair of running shoes that would feel like clouds on my feet and he helped me find exactly that! We ran my feet through a 3D scan and pressure tracker to analyze my rhythms and I was astonished by the technology and knowledge this place had to inform me about and I was all for it! I ended up getting a pair of ASICS that are supposed to be really durable and fit like a glove but feel like clouds on my feet. I’ve had running shoes before but none that were customary to my feet and recommended by a well educated employee. I really appreciate how the customer service was on point and if I could rate 10 stars then I definitely would! Safe to say I will be coming back and would consider this shoe store my HIGHEST recommendation when it comes to active/running shoes!
This is a fun location ! Service was excellent, we actually didn’t find what we were looking for but we are die hard fleet feet fans and love they are nationwide . They had some fun new goodr styles here I may have to come back for . Great running store !
This store provided not only a great experience but great education on the perfect shoe for me! If you visit this location, ask for Cindy, she is amazing!! She educated me & spent extra time to help me decide which shoe was best for me!
Jeremiah was excellent. Super patient and thorough with the questions etc to get me the best fitting Trail Shoes
The staff here is so friendly and welcoming! As soon as my partner and I walked in we were greeted and helped! We both got our feet scanned and a staff member helped us try on shoes and recommended soles and socks etc! It was a great experience! We each got pairs of shoes, socks, and soles. Note: we went a while ago (may ‘25) but realized I didn’t write a review.
I had a great experience at Fleet Beat! I walked in about an hour before closing and was assisted by a young man named Jay. He was incredibly polite, thorough, and patient, answering all of my questions without any rush. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping customers find the right fit. Thanks to Jay, my visit was a truly positive one. Kudos to him for the fantastic service!
Angel was so helpful! Came here with a lot of questions about how I walk, why my current shoes are wearing the way the are, etc. and he answered each one with confidence! One of the shoe options he presented was perfect and exactly what I will be getting. Was not able to purchase because they did not have the color I was wanting but it was a great experience!!
Had one of the best customer experiences ever last Sunday, shout out to Jacob. I had recently bought sneakers here and the inserts didn't fit quite right. I had the store's hours wrong and got there just before it opened. But Jacob offered to help me out anyway. I walked out with far more comfortable sneakers and a smile on my face.
They do a thorough examination of your foot size, width, pressure points and your foot stride. All pretty high tech stuff they go over with you. They carry many good shoes and brands. He the recommended four different shoes and I like two fairly well. But the one I researched, the Brooks Ghost Max 3 unfortunately they didn't carry.
