My experience there was amazing. As soon as I entered I was immediately greeted and assisted by by Angel Sanchez. He did an amazing job from scanning my feet like if he was Hideo Kojima and he was also very knowledgeable with all the types of shoes they had available and with what be suited best for me. Easy to talk to, super chill guy, abd very professional. I’d recommend him to anybody that decides to come here.
Amazing A+ experience. They take all of the guess work out of finding the best shoe for you. Chris and Carter are both shoe wizards. I was amazed that their pricing was competitive even with all the services they offer.
Renee was super helpful and very friendly! Did a great job helping me find my newest running shoes.
The employees here are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They are quick to assist and answer questions, provide feedback that is helpful without being overly pushy. I’ve had to make 2 returns on separate occasions and the process was quick and easy both times. I will continue to make future show purchases from Fleet Feet and from this location. Thank you!
Love this store! The store associate Renee was great, kind, knowledgeable and down to earth good people!! Thank you Renee for you attentiveness and thoroughness to all our questions! We'll be coming back!
Getting a comprehensive foot scan and recommendations was really neat. We walked out with some great shoes tailored to our needs. That extra care made a big difference for us.
I went into RunOn Fleet Feet in Ft Worth today, not expecting to find what I needed. I stand a minimum of 10 hours a day, so I HAVE to have comfort, support, yet they also must suit my professional attire. A young man named Carter was absolutely amazing. He LISTENED, scanned my feet, educated me on what the measurements, angles and foot positions showed him; and then made shoe recommendations customized to MY feet. He never tried to "sell" me, but only gave me suggestions based on my needs, wants, and comfortability in trying on each of the multiple pairs of shoes he brought out. And he only showed me shoes that he felt would work for me, and for my style preferences. He was very patient, focused on me, and never rushed me. Based on my feet he tried a couple different inserts to give me the right level of comfort and support, as well as a few specific socks request I had. These OnCloud white shoes with pale blue sides are gorgeous and feel SOOO good on. I hate shopping for shoes, but Carter actually made this a great experience. I appreciated his experience, kindness, AND his listening skills!!!
Lots of great selections of running shoes and equipment that you can’t find at most stores. Additionally the workers are awesome and super knowledgeable!
The guy who helped us went the extra mile to make sure we got the best fit and best selection possible. They even let me take a set of shoes for a test run around the block. This was great, but it would be better to include a treadmill in the store to make testing shoes easier and more accessible. I was very reluctant to purchase anything without a good test jog, but they let me run around the block. Overall, we had one of the best (if not THE best) running shoe purchasing experiences ever.
Went here the other day with the husband and Kelly was the absolute best help! She was kind , answered all and any questions and got me and husband the perfect pair of shoes. I love when people that genuinely know what they’re taking about and don’t treat you like a number in line. I can’t rant enough about how kind she was for our first time to purchase a good pair of shoes for our feet. Thank you Kelly ! She spent a long time ensuring we had the correct one and wasn’t rushing us to choose .
