I highly recommend Fleet footwear for anyone who has plantarfacitis or foot problems. Footwear is the best you can purchase. Expensive but worth it.
My visit to fleet feet was great. Employees were very nice. Two of them helped me get the right shoes. They extended their time and talked to me about essential running gear and proper warm up and nutrition. Recommend you go visit.
The gentleman that assisted me (I can't remember his name but he was a young guy who is a runner and has brown hair) was super kind and helpful! I would recommend Fleet Feet to my friends and family. One of the main reasons is after receiving the 3D foot scan and the staff member explaining to me everything, it really opened my eyes to how important wearing the right shoes is. I want my family, specifically my mom to come get her feet scanned and get her a proper pair of sneakers because she is on her feet for several hours of the day. Overall, 10/10. Good products, good staff, and good environment.
My sister suggested this shop to me after hearing about how painful I found running to be. I came to google looking for reviews for this place and found one that mentioned a very positive experience. The reviewer said "ask for Cynthia" so I went and did just that. BEST decision of the weekend! I'm not a runner but am training for a half marathon. I was in pain walking in shop and learned that not only were my shoes too small but that I wasn't supporting my arches and a plethora of other things. No joke. I walked out of that shop and went with my new shoes, insoles, recovery shoes and socks to the gym to run and it was GREAT! A totally different experience than I'd previously had. 10/10 DO recommend that you visit this shop. ANY of the workers can help you but ask for Cynthia as she is SUPER knowledgeable and will set you up for a better running experience! This place is my new home for anything run related!
Shoutout to Chris for making my shopping experience a 10 out of 10! Dude knows his stuff and was super helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I had. Picked up a pair at the store and ordered online to have another shipped to my house! Will for sure be a frequent customer at this store👟👟👟
Daylen The sales person in Fort Worth was so very knowledgeable and was willing to go that extra mile. I am a left leg and that wears a right custom and we went through well over an amazing experience. Daylen earned a customer for life.
I came in for new shoes because I wear them out every six months or so due to my job. Renee set me up for a foot measurement and I was impressed to see all the information we found out. She is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to customer service. From getting better socks to using the proper insoles, she set me up for the next several months or hopefully a year for better foot health. She brought two pairs for me to try and was patient while I was trying to make a decision. I am so happy to have come here and this will be the only place I will be buying shoes from now on.
I had such a cool experience here! From the free assessment I was able to be placed into a great pair of shoes that feel like they were made just for me. I also learned so much about what type of footwear I need to look for in the future. Highly recommend coming in!
My sister in i were greatly assisted by Carnell; we walked in looking for one thing & left out with what we needed. Thank you Carnell for both your patience and help. Thanks to the foot scan you suggested we are now wearing our proper shoe size; this will definitely make our work/workout life much easier.
I forget her name who helped me, but she helped a ton and was very informative and recommended me awesome shoes. I was initially close-minded towards insoles going into the store since I had bad experiences using them previously, but she recommended some to me and I tried them and they felt great, so I ended up leaving with those as well. I really appreciate the tons of help and have already suggested your store and location to other friends and family!
