My sister in i were greatly assisted by Carnell; we walked in looking for one thing & left out with what we needed. Thank you Carnell for both your patience and help. Thanks to the foot scan you suggested we are now wearing our proper shoe size; this will definitely make our work/workout life much easier.
Highly recommend going here! I am a novice runner who knows pretty much nothing about running shoes. After no wait time, Chris helped me find the right shoes for my feet based on the foot scan and pain that I’ve been experiencing while running. Chris was very knowledgeable, and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t go there to buy!
The experience I had shopping here was amazing ! Not even a minute past and we were already being help and attended , I came in with my grandma to buy her some good supportive shoes ! We were attended by Isabel and she went above and beyond to find the perfect shoe form my grandma! My grandma is rather particular but Isabel made it a smooth visit she explained everything well and went above and beyond to attend our needs. A great experience
By far the best shoe buying experience I have ever had!!! Extremely knowledgeable employees not only tell you what kind of shoe you should wear but why and how it benefits your feet. Free foot scan shows exact measurements of your feet. Excellent customer service from start to finish and very friendly employees. Renee The salesperson was probably the best and most knowledgeable I've seen and has worked there 23 years!!! Totally walked in there wanting one shoe and left with a completely different one that has never felt so comfortable. I'm only shopping there from now on. Didn't even care about the price with the way the shoes felt even though they have a price guarantee. Would recommend this place to anyone and don't know why anyone would waste their time anymore going somewhere else. So glad I decided to stop in. I will recommend this place to anyone.
I had a good experience at the store ,Carnell who was the person that helped me was terrific I definitely recommend him to everybody, it was also a good experience to know about your foot type and what is better for your feet. Definitely worth going and I’m glad with my purchase I know it will do the job for me. Definitely will be coming back !
When I entered the store, I was immediately greeted by all the employees on duty and received prompt assistance. The gentleman who helped me showed genuine interest in my visit, ensuring I left the store satisfied and with everything I needed. This attentive service significantly influenced my positive rating. I was assisted within less than a minute. When I returned later, a young lady guided me through the footwear evaluation process, which included the Fit ID foot scanning technology. This was both cool and informative, revealing how much I didn't know about my feet. The store was clean, and my overall experience was excellent. I copped the ASICS Gel-Nimbus 26. I tried these on after attending the blue jean run with Fleet Feet x Asics. This was a great buy and I look forward to visiting the store again and participating in more events.
I am on my feet walking on concrete 8 to 10 hours a day and my legs swell. My doctor suggested a better shoe. I have never worn anything but Nike but decided to try something else. I went in and Angel listened and answered all of my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable. He helped me find the perfect shoes. I actually bought 2 pair. I would definitely recommend!
Chris helped me get new running shoes to train for a 1/2 marathon. He was quick to help by doing an analysis of my running style and feet, then finding shoes that fit my feet that were also in my preferred color range. He was very friendly and invited me to the stores running club. I'm really gald I came to this location, I knew it was going to be a good experience because I read the reviews before going. The reviews were right!
Amazing experience! I'm telling all of my friends!! Take care of your feet! This store will definitely help you do that! Nick measured my feet and helped me find a shoe... I had no idea shoes could be that comfortable! Will definitely be back!!
I love this place! Top notch customer service from Chris! He made sure I was measured and fitted with the right shoe. Totally recommend this store!
