The Cherry Creek Fabletics store is my happy place! Everything is always clean which I love when trying on clothes, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They always help me by recommending color combos or prints that go together, which is kinda nice when I get overwhelmed by all the choices! I love when the new month comes out and they do a fun in store event with a DJ too! Just an enjoyable shopping experience 100% of the time!
Expensive. I bought 1 pr of leggins $41. Advertising doesn't tell you to get the 2 for $24 is only valid with a monthly membership. The one pair i bought is unraveling. Now the fabric is very soft and comfortable.
So if everyone is complaining about automatically getting signed up for the VIP without being told then why don’t you stop apologizing and and make changes. I am very happy I read the reviews before purchasing anything. That is misleading and a scam to not make the customer aware that they will be charged for the VIP. When I first visited the site I signed up for VIP because it said Nothing about being charged. What a shady thing to do. Shame on you Fabletics
I expected more from a company owned by Kate Hudson. Everything about this company is subpar. Shipping takes forever. They auto charge you every month. Their mobile site is awful. The online chat feature is a joke. Kate, you’re rich don’t slap your name on a company and screw common people. Disappointed.
Very poor availability, poor sizing, and expensive pricing for what you get. This company is a scam. Do not purchase the membership. It is a "gotcha". You will pay. top dollar for items that continually have prices dropped 50%-60%. Lots of fees at the checkout as well. A $10+ import fee when you shop-- not including taxes.
I would recommend that you don't buy into their VIP (cancel anytime) program they will continue to charge your card and when you call they say oh sorry - we can provide you a credit and then bam the credit causes your account (VIP) to activate again and then you never get out of the cycle. NEVER use their "gift credit" it's a scam....
This is a scam. Starts out with lots of “deals” and “rewards” but the membership credit that you pay for can’t be used towards anything on sale. The “credit” is literally a charge on your credit card that can now only be applied to certain items. Delivery speed is outrageously slow yet they advertise free expedited shipping. Very stressful and disappointing experience.
Bought a bunch of things as new VIP - some didn’t fit so I went to store to exchange sizes - they said they would price match but then add ridiculous levels of import tax above the price I paid online. Only solution call customer service and argue. I just returned everything and it was a complete waste of time
I just recently became a customer at the Cherry Creek mall location and I am very pleased with the products but most of all the delightful, patient, kind and helpful staff. They are authentically attentive to any/all questions I had and I never felt as if I was bothering them. A particular shout out to Ashley!! She rocks! Again - I am very pleased and will absolutely be a regular customer now.
