I came to the store for a Halloween themed free Pilates class and it was awesome! The instructor, Ashley Monroe, was wonderful. She did great instruction for different levels. Afterwards we got $10 off our purchase. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall it is a great location if you're looking for higher end workout attire.

I ordered my items online. This is my first time ordering with them since I ordered with them. It’s been complications. I guess I didn’t read the fine print that is $60 for a membership monthly. Then they charged me twice for the order that I made they told me that it was just to make sure that the that they had all the money I don’t know. I guess they charged me twice to make sure that the first amount went through or something. I don’t understand why they would charge me twice but now I’m waiting on them to reimburse my money which just takes 24 to 72 hours I’ve never had so much bad luck with a company that’s supposed to be very popular in etc. just to get a Khloé Kardashian in order to go through all the household that I have been going through since I placed this order, so please be aware if I would’ve known they Had a store in Colorado I just would’ve went to the location instead of getting charged twice and now my account is on negative

I went in to exchange an online order and ended up having to pick different items because they didn't have everything I needed which is fine but my issue is I was charged a $17 dollar tariff! In order to have matching sets I bought a top to match the leggings I had exchanged. So 11 in taxes and 17 in tariffs is ridiculous! Don't buy in store just order online. I wasn't charged a tariff online.

Poor quality of leggings- after only wearing once the seams in the crotch were unraveling! Not the place to have poor stitches! Only purchased in Jan - 3 months ago but there is no warranty outside of 30 days. Guess they are only good for 30 days before breaking down! Plenty of other brands to shop with more conscious customer service.

I ordered online and paid $69.95 via Apple Pay on their website in November. After that, they continued charging my card every month without my permission. I had to call customer service to get a refund. This is very concerning and unacceptable. Customers should not have to monitor their accounts for unauthorized charges. Be very careful when dealing with this company.

I really enjoy this athletic wear! As a yoga teacher, it's important to have material that is breathable and "quality" (somewhat). What I hate though, and what will make me no longer purchase, is the packaging... Each individual item was shipped in plastic bags and then more plastic wrapped up inside of the clothes! To what? Make them not touch the other part of the clothing? I am not so sure... This makes me feel like the clothes are made in a very cheap way, and it is HORRIBLE for the environment. For this reason, I will no longer be purchasing online, but am happy I gave them a chance! It is unacceptable at this point for companies to not be environmental and eco-conscious, and I won't support those with my $$ if they aren't.

Treat Fabletics with care and it will treat you with care as well. If you are the type of person who can’t handle setting up and using reminders on your phone to skip payment for the month, you will forget. But if you are consistent with either buying an outfit or making sure your bank isn’t charged each month, Fabletics is a great place to shop and the deals are good! The clothes are of great quality and I am never disappointed! I am in college and don’t have a lot of money, so it’s important that I don’t get charged each month. I use an app to remind me to skip on the first day of every month, if I can’t afford an outfit yet. I am disappointed when I can’t get anything from Fabletics!

I ordered 4 pairs of shorts. Online. And paid for the shipping for 2-3 business days. This was on monday, now it's saying that they will be here on friday? That's five days. Would love to get my money back for shipping.

been a member since 2016 I would go in and skip the payment and it still charged me! also a package never arrived to my place and they did not do anything about it. The clothes are over priced and its pretty much a scam!

I’ve been here twice for online exchanges that didn’t fit quite right. Both times, Nate did an incredible job helping me out. Even if something wasn’t in my size in store, Nate has always been ready to ship the item to my house. He does his job with patience and a smile which is soooo welcome anytime you have to go to the mall
