Enterprise Rental Cars always exceed my expectations whenever I travel. Our cruise ship just docked at Boston and the nearby rental office offered us reimbursements for a cab ride to their office. We did not have to walk far with our heavy luggage. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Without asking, the upgraded our car! I would highly recommend Enterprise because they rocks!
If we could we would give a negative 10 review. Our train was delayed yesterday due to a derailment further down the line. We called to let them know we would be late. They closed at 5:00, our train got in at 4:50. We tried to call them and they wouldn’t answer the phone. We had to Uber to our AirBNB at a cost of $270!! Today we called first thing as they were opening to say we were on our way to pick the cars up and we’re told they had given them away!!! Absolutely shameful behaviour from Enterprise!! That employee or whoever made that decision should lose their job!! Not exactly a “welcome to Boston” experience.

I had the best experience of my life renting a car from this location. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful when I picked up the car. When I dropped off, the location was closed and I put the keys in the dropbox. The following day, I received a very nice text from Glaucia letting me know that they received the car and there were no damages. She thanked me for my business and wished me a fantastic day. Unfortunately, I realized a couple days later that my son left his Apple airpods in the car. I was able to call and get right through to Glaucia. She informed me that they had the airpods and she offered to mail them to me, since they were closed and I was flying home early the next morning. She followed through with mailing them and even texted me the tracking number. I insisted on paying for the shipping and she wouldn't allow me to. I wish every business went this above and beyond for their customers. Thank you Glaucia and Enterprise Car Rental!!!
Totally unwilling to stay an extra 15 minutes to rent a car in an emergency. The rep was very uninterested in helping a customer. Will be going with a agency that actually cares from now on, shame because I've used them for 20+ years.
09/2021 - They don’t have the courtesy to call and let you know if the car is not available. All the time spent and planning waisted. 12/2021 - Fortunately on my second visit it was rather a very pleasant experience. The service was top notch and felt respected. Changing the rating from single to 5 stars
There was virtually no gas in the car when we picked it up (23 miles to empty). They couldn't pick us up from our hotel nearby (1.2 miles) to get the car. The car was bigger than I ordered (not offered any other car), but ran ok. Drop off at Syracuse was very fast and easy
After poor experiences with this Enterprise in the past, my most recent visit was exceptional. There was fantastic customer service from all staff members, especially Vladimir. The process was quick, easy, and fantastic overall.
I frequent this branch most weekends to rent a car and each time is just as seamless as the last. Salim goes above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience and are truly satisfied with your rental which I appreciate as a customer. I couldn’t recommend renting from this location more - Salim and his staff are very friendly and will always go the extra mile!!
These folks are really great. Both reps that I had personal contact with were exceptional. So courteous and helpful. It’s clear that they value their customers. Thanks to Shanyce and Vladimir, the manager, for taking such great care to help me. I will definitely let the national office know how great you guys are.
