Easily the best rental experience that I have ever had. The process was quick, the team of Sherysse, Hannah, Lui, Sebastian and Ella was incredible and the car was super clean. I rent cars for work all of the time and usually go to Avis but I think I am going to make the switch to this enterprise location moving forward.

I did not pick the car up at this location but at one of their location in the hotel nearby. The reservation was not under my name but as I observed the interaction between Christina, I hope I get her name right, and my husband I cannot help but writing this review. Her professionalism is beyond exceptional and she was extremely patient with my husband and I since we had made a mistake in our reservation. She listened intensively and offer solutions. She took the time to contact her manager and work with us to ensure that we would have the car we needed. My husband and I were extremely satisfied to the point that he offered her a position with his company. She is a talented, professional and resourceful young woman. She is, without doubt, an extremely valuable employee to any company that she chooses to expand her career with.

We used Enterprise car Remtal and had a great experience with their team of excellent personnel..we were in and away in no time at all…professional counter personnel and clean auto that was a upgrade to a very new and well appointed vehicle with lots of room and was actually very good on fuel.. Cars are always clean and seem to be well maintained. I love the convenience of the after-hours drop-off. The only issue I have with this place is that there ALWAYS seems to be an issue with returning my deposit. If you do not call them, they will not refund your deposit. When you do call, they ALWAYS say there was a mistake, or the previous agent didn't put it in the system. You have to call multiple times and wait many days before your deposit is refunded, even though the hold on the deposit is only 3 days. I've never gotten my deposit back in 3 days. I wait 3 days after the return, no refund. I call them. Get all the excuses. They tell me I have to wait another 3 days. Most likely, I have to end up calling again because the now 6 days have passed, and there is still no refund. You have to stay on them, or you won't get it back.

The booking system or the workflow could benefit from improvements, and additional staff would be helpful in managing the volume of traffic. Nevertheless, the existing personnel are truly exceptional.
Every single time I rent a car from the Enterprise in South Boston on Dorchester Ave., I am just so happy that I discovered this branch to begin with. That was more than 2 years ago, and I have not used another rental company - or even another Enterprise location - since then. The team is TOP NOTCH. Everyone is pleasant, professional, and efficient, and I am always able to get a great vehicle in great working condition! Love this place!!!
