The rental agents at this lot were very friendly and accommodating. It's nice to see that great customer service still exists.

Took care of everything I needed and at a fair price.

I had a bad experience with Enterprise. Booked a full size and when reached the location was told that full size did not pass the "inspection test" so we will have to downgrade you to smaller size. The car I got was just returned and was given to us after a quick vacuum (was told to wait 5 min for cleaning), the car still had a weird smell which luckily went away when I drove it with windows down for a couple hours. Another annoying thing was the car fob didn't have a battery so it had to be physically inserted to open and close. When I brought this to attention of the location and global customer service, the answer I got is that we cannot do anything and its up to you whether you want to choose Enterprise or not. If their service quality is same as other low cost alternatives, it will be hard to come back to Enterprise. Hi Isabella - thank you for the note. Excellent rental experience. The service was efficient, the vehicle was in great condition, and the entire process was seamless. No issues at all. I truly appreciate how smooth everything was and would absolutely use this company again.

I have never written a review before but the customer service I received today was exceptional. I booked the vehicle 2 days ago on Expedia and bought their insurance. Well I went in this morning and had made a reservation on my card for my boyfriend. Imani was immensely helpful in informing us about a potential concern about coverage. Initially I was confused and asked many questions and I must say Imani remained pleasant while answering every question with a smile. I hope enterprise knows people with her customer service skills are rare and treat her right.

Let me begin by saying that this is the first review I have ever left for any business. My wife made a reservation online back on 06/29/25 to pick up a rental car from this location at 1200hrs on 07/12/25 (today). We arrived at 1202hrs to find the business shuttered and locked. An employee came around the side of the building holding several sets of keys which he placed in the overnight drop box. My wife informed the employee that we were there for our scheduled pickup at 1200hrs. With a blank stare, the employee stated that he already locked up and there was nothing he could do. Considering that we arrived at 1202hrs, one can inference that the employee had already closed down prior to 1200hrs as the location was already locked up, while it can be assumed that the employee knew a reservation had been made for 1200hrs. When asked how could this be, the employee shrugged his shoulders and continued to say that there was nothing he could do before walking away. I can only say that this gentleman has to be one of the most useless individuals working in a customer-facing position that I have encountered in my lifetime. This location seems to have received good reviews before, so maybe this is a one-off, or maybe other people who have experienced similar treatment have had their hands shaking too hard in frustration to type a review. Rented a car for day trips twice this week as this branch was near our hotel. Pick up was smooth and easily. Staff is friendly and efficient. Both times we seemed to get a car one level above the compact that we booked but that was based on what cars they had on hand. We used the after hours drop off both times which made it very convenient for us to not rush back to the city. I would highly recommend renting from this location!

This past week, I messed up my rental start data and by the time I realized it, all rental cars at Boston Logan were gone for my dates. The closest car was the Enterprise at the 230 Dorchester Ave location. So, we bit the bullet and took an Lyft to the location. The service both getting our vehicle and returning it was amazing. Only one young lady working, but she was efficient, friendly and helpful. It doesn't look like they have a ton of cars, so it is probably rare to have to wait here. She noticed that the gas was at only a quarter of a tank (we were going to prepay to remove stress when having to get back to the airport), so she said she would mark it as if we picked it up empty and told us to return it empty. She had a large vehicle, which in the city isn't popular, so she asked if we would be willing to take it for no extra cost. It was a great upgrade for our long road trip that we had planned. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again, even though it isn't at the airport.
